I agree there are rip of merchants on ebay who whack huge postage costs on, I bought a couple of loose WWF figures once, postage was £2.99. very excessive I thought, I emailed the guy and said I trust they are been sent in bubble wrap and sent recorded or something similar. The items arrived in an ...

Used to have Game Trader in Sussex about in 4 towns, but they closed down one by one. Problem with alot of charity shops is they don't take electrical stuff these days. So rarely a console will turn up. All my local carboots seem to have Playstation 1 & 2 stuff. Ebay is all I have these days, or Gam...

Into the Eagles Nest for the Amiga.

I loved the game on the C64, me & my mate used to play it all the time as kids, I was in my local corner shop and they had this for £4.99 in a budget collection of games they had for sale. Was very happy, had to spend my pocket money savings to nab it.

I got a Tristar in Gamestation the other day for £4.99
You are soooo sooo lucky. I have always wanted one of those, so hard to find. They brought one out for the N64 too didn't they, that would play Snes and NES games.

my parents had thrown away my complete Amiga collection when I returned from Uni, 1000's of games too, joysticks, magazines. first time I cried in years!

I can just imagine the joy of the rubbish tip workers sifting through it all at the time, filling their bags and loading up. Was truely gutted.

Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles on the Amiga, I rember sticking it on with a mate, saying I'll have first go, completing the game over an hour or so while, he watched. Then switched it off, he was not impressed having had to wait all that time for his go. What a b*stard I was!

Voted Yes, but it needs to change, this month was mainly Snes games, nothing to out of the ordinary about them, I would rather see some obsure stuff that comes up on ebay rather than fluctating prices of Snes games. (even though the Snes is the master console  )

Am pleased this issue has restored my faith in the mag, I had felt it was really running out of ideas, but with this issue I can't say there is one article I would want to skip, I shall be keeping my sub going. Rock on Retro Gamer. :D

My first mag I ever bought was C&VG, I used to love that mag up until the mid 90's. CU Amiga I bought every month. And would occasionally buy Nintendo Magazine, Super Play and Total. Managed to pick up 50 issues of C&VG ranging from 1995-2002 recently with complete years of 96, 97 & 98 for a bargin ...

Xenon II on the Amiga was great, loved the music, picked it up recently for the PC and was gutted about the sound on that. Still got a advertising poster of Xenon II signed by the bitmap brothers from when the game was released from a computer show.

Wasn't this why they stopped running the Arcade Hunt articles in the mag, in the mag one week, bought up by a dealer the next. I love it when I come across old machines, its great for a blast of the past, but let you know where, no way. Cos next time I go back they'll be a big empty space with anoth...

Yes get rid of the smutty ads, they disappeared a bit for a while, but latest issue has big old ads in the back over a few pages.
Unfortunately as the mag becomes more mainstream by the month, the ad's are only likely to get bigger.
