Perhaps not, but there could be extenuating circumstances - such as depression - which your three strike system will neither know nor care about.

The original GBA, with its non-backlit screen, should have been a real kamakazi job. Strangely, Nintendo seemed to whether that storm without too many feathers rustled. If memory serves, that is.

The whole System Builder licence situation is more confusing than a conundrum wrapped up in an enigma. It all turns on "breaking the seal", which according to the licence is acceptance of the terms of the licence. Pretty much anything and everything you created (or indeed downloaded) -emulators, documents to/from the bank etc. mp3's, baby pictures, the wedding video and all that jazz - although I'd still recommend making an external backup of this stuff as well.

I got a new Core 2 Quad yesterday. I was amazed to find that when I opened the box there was a free 80gig portable HDD in there that wasn't advertised!
