The biggest problem with Worms is that after buying it in 1995 Team 17 haven't produced another game since. So no more Project X, Qwak, Assassin etc. The Killing Grounds, World Rally Fever, X2 (the sequel to Project X), Addiction Pinball, Nightlong, Arcade Pool 2, Phoenix, Stunt GP and Lemmings all...

If and when the feature goes ahead, it'll probably kill me off anyway: far too much information to cram into a few pages.

One of the better issue's in a while, as the last couple have had too much 8bit and very little 16 or 32 bit features. However as a Shining Force nut I will have to crack out my heretic hammer for the mistakes in the Game Gear feature. I noticed those mistakes too and was going to say something but...

But I wasn't impressed by the Amiga piece. You glossed over the hardware heriditary, failing to mention the Atari 800 as Miner's previous computer design, and the Amiga's direct predecessor - instead citing the 2600 (the 800's predecessor). The rest of the article was a bit light weight and I don't...

I found it great, all the features where excellent, although the "Conversion capers" could have been about a better game, but I appreciate that this is issue 38 and I might have missed previous one's that featured better games. I personally thought the choice of Dragon's Lair was a briliant one. Th...

When are you doing Pac-Man, Stu? I'm gagging for it.

I loved the Frogger piece. 'Twas by far the best thing in the mag and quite, quite funny. I would have been happy with 110 pages dedicated to it...plus another 6 for Superfrog. :)

DID is refreshingly free of the usual suspects (Robotron, Tetris, Solitaire). Kudos to Ste Ruddy for having a bit of imagination.

Kiki Kai Kai on the SNES! That was the first version I played, so I was shocked just how better it is when I recently played the original on Taito Legends.

Re:

I'd normally say sorry for bumping a fairly old thread, but I'm in the States and this is the most recent issue on the shelf (as always, we're one to two issues behind). Here's my feedback: overall a solid issue. I enjoy reading about the people behind the games and all the various systems (particu...

gamesâ„¢ is looking for unique and unusual retro collections

Hi guys, As you'll find out in the next issue of gamesâ„¢, I'm now in charge of the Retro section and, as such, I'll be making a few small changes here and there. One of my first changes is to update the Ultimate Collection feature so that instead of just showcasing the largest collection possible i...
