Spectrum Light Gun Games

When I got my Spectrum 128K when I was a kid, it came in a pack with a Light Gun and 6 games. 2 of the games were Operation Wolf and Bullseye (Loved that game!) Does anyone have any idea what ther other 4 games would have been in the package cause I can't remember the names of them and it has been d...

Thinking of Getting a Saturn

Had one back when they were out originally, and thinking of picking up another one. Since I couldn't afford a lot of games back then, and they are now a couple of quid each, what games do people recommend? Is it worth getting, or do you think it is a vastly overrated console? I liked it more that th...

I just LOL'd in work at that cartoon, and had to turn it into a cough/snort combo so I didn't get caught :D

Ghostbusters. I remember being about 6 or 7 years old and thinking it was the most amazing thing I had ever seen.

Or a double header cartridge I had. One of the games was set in a Haunted Mansion and you had to shoot a crossbow at ghosts and stuff.

Yeah it was the one you walked around the seaside town :D

Other high points included going into the butchers and picking up sausages (which I have only just realised should have been used to feed that crocodile!)

Punch & Judy (Spectrum)

Does anyone remember this Spectrum game?

I remember having it as a kid and absolutely loving it, but can't remember too much about it now apart from the fact that a crocodile chased you at some point :D

Not important to me at all.

It might make me take notice of a game on a shop shelf, but when I get home I am hardly going to sit staring at the box all night.

Actually Pro Evo 2008 was the second last straw. Assassins Creed was the very last straw. A year of unbelievable hype, ending with a game that involves holding down two buttons and a direction on the controller, then watching the wee guy do all the running and jumping automatically. Or being told ex...

Nah. I traded my 360 for it cause I was bored. Now I am bored of the PS3. It's only been used about 5 times so hopefully I get a decent price for it. I got it as I felt that I was finally getting sick of modern games, so I thought I would give them one last chance and try the PS3. But I just can't b...

Most people I speak to don't even REMEMBER the CD32, never mind having previously owned one.

Pirates! Gold was amazing.

Amiga CD32, Atari Jaguar or 3DO - Which did you choose?

I remember back in 1993 (or was it 1994 maybe?) being mega-excited about the release of these 3 machines. I knew I wanted one of them for Xmas, but I spent months looking over magazines trying to decide which to get. The Jag looked awesome. Wolfenstein looked great and I had never played a FPS befor...

Go in bad mood about having to visit relatives that to be honest no one really cares about any other time of the year (I'm looking at you, annoying old Aunt who smells like Custard Creams and Licquorice.)
