I tried some old Amsoft games on my CPC a few days ago, and several of the "sprites" (hohum...) in those games colourclashed with other sprites or background

Having a quick look at the CPC graphics I would assume it is done by the same team that did Trantor the last stormtrooper and Savage. Nick Bruty on graphics and Dave Perry code.
