Re: James Bond Games
Managed to pick up all the PS2 releases - Goldeneye: Rogue Agent Everything or Nothing Nightfire Agent Under Fire Quantum of Solice From Russia with Love I know some of which are considered a bit pants but I couldn't help collecting a full set. I'm most looking forward to FRWL as I understand is Sea...

Re: From The Forum issue 173 - SNES Mini launch
I have two on order from different suppliers, so all being well I'll at least end up with one! I was also one of the lucky ones that managed to snag a NES mini. The success of the original mini may have caught Nintendo on the hop, but they know exactly what they are doing with regards to the launch ...

Re: Looking for a PS2 console or Wii/Gamecube/PS3 Stuff
Just a quick update - The PS1 and games as well as the SP and games have gone and I've finally picked up a PS2! I still have the C64 and Xbox however for trading.

Another vote for scrolling beat 'em ups here - Streets Of Rage, Final Fight and Golden Axe are just a few.
What about MAME? There's an absolute ton of co-op arcade games to mess around with - ideal if your kids are like mine and have the attention spans of goldfish!

Re: Looking for a PS2 console or Wii/Gamecube/PS3 Stuff
Thanks Black Ridge.
I dont have the foggiest about the PS2 if I'm honest but I am fond of driving games, 1st person shooters and the like. In the meantime I will update my post with an accurate listing of all things commodore related.

I play the Speccy via emulation these days, rather than going round my mates house! And I'm still trying to complete Booty for the first time!

Looking for a PS2 console or Wii/Gamecube/PS3 Stuff
Hi all, Here's a list of bits and bobs I'm looking at trading. Ideally I would love a PS2 with some games and joypads etc Or some Gamecube controllers, games etc (I can use them with my Wii) Or Wii/PS3 stuff. Gameboy Advance SP and some games (loose) - Not in the best of nick, not even sure if it wo...

Re: From The Forum issue 171 - Best In The World
Silkworm (C64 Version) - Number of levels completed using the Jeep. I'd always pick the jeep in two player games even though most people would pick the chopper. I just liked extra game-play mechanic of aiming the gun on the jeep and got rather good at it. Trailblazer (C16 Version) - Number of levels...

What 20 games would you have picked for the SNES Mini?
The SNES has a fantastic back catalogue, one of the best of any console. So the selection of games for the SNES Mini was always going to be a talking point. Even though the 20 (and Starfox 2) picked are a great range of games, with quite a variety, but I’m sure every fan of the console has their own...

Best and worst Multi Loaders
While we have all experienced loading screens during a particular game, nothing was worse than loading a game on an 8 bit machine by tape only to come across a multi-loading game. It was understandable on why some games required it - Games were becoming more and more complex and required far more me...

Re: do you buy dvds
I still have a purge in CEX now and again on DVDs - Normally films I've enjoyed and don't mind paying a quid for. They tend to be films I've long forgotten about until I've seen them on the shelf.
