Re: Burning PSX Backups - how to?

You've tested that ePSXe can read the ISOs, but have you checked to see if ePSXe can run the newly burnt discs? ...Just to make sure they're burning correctly.

Re: X Box Hoverboard - Please reccomend some games ^__^

If you're talking about the Freestyler board, then as far as I know it's just an alternate input device for one of the analogue sticks (while also using an little handheld controller for extra inputs), and as such can work with any game. Whether it is useful or not would depend on the game. It's obv...

Re: Derren Brown attempts to predict Wednesday's lottery numbers

Um, do a few too many people here think it was actually gonna be a real method of predicting the future?? Or course it was a trick, that's the point. I don't see many (if any) posts by people in this thread suggesting that they thought Derran was going to demonstrate real prescience. I do see peopl...

You were annoyed by the list's shocking omission of Rez in all its transcendental magnificence, am I right?

Re: IGN's top 25 Dreamcast games

...no arcade games at all, not even Street Fighter something, except San Francisco Rush, which proves beyond all reasonable doubt the lists compiler is an idiot. DOh! Silly me. He did put Marvel vs Capcom 2 at #1 . You also seem to have overlooked The House of the Dead 2, Power Stone 2, Virtu...

Re: Replays - do you ever watch them?

Replays, particularly in racing games, provide a great opportunity to sit back with a cup of tea and bask in your own magnificence/incompetence.

Re: The Top 100 Dreamcast Games

some of my absolute favourite Dreamcast games such as Ooga Booga and Confidential Mission didn't even make the list, whilst others were bunched together in one place such as Powerstone 1 and 2. Confidential Mission definitely deserved a spot on the list. I would have liked to have seen Virtua Cop 2...

Super Galdelic Hour on PS2 is kind of weird:

But no list of weird games is complete without Pulirula (arcade):

Re: Derren Brown attempts to predict Wednesday's lottery numbers

What a rip-off. He didn't tell us how he did it! :x The camera wobble is clearly fake, so there was something going on there. It looks like it was just a cheap camera trick  . Yeah, I haven't been able to find a video of the so-called reveal yet, but from what I've read on blogs, it sounds to...

Re: Derren Brown attempts to predict Wednesday's lottery numbers

I think the second camera is going to show us a wide shot of the whole thing tonight when we see how he did it. Ah, that makes sense. This morning I was all convinced that he must have done it something like the way I was waffling on about above, mainly because of those points in the vid where part...

Re: Derren Brown attempts to predict Wednesday's lottery numbers

Actually, I hope it's not a camera/video-mixer trick. I don't know if a camera trick on TV even counts as a trick. It's more like just a ... thing. A thing you can do. With a camera.

I'd like to get some just to attach to my neighbour's paling fence. I can just imagine him tugging at them and going 'Holy crap these things are stuck fast!'
