completeing Zillion on the Master System back in the day with no help, guides or maps etc.

Also probly completeing Tomb Raider 2 on the PS1, but i did use a guide for that in parts (quite alot of parts, lol). very fun game to play through though.

I notice this was in the latest issue of Games TM. Would have prefered it in Retro Gamer as I dont buy Games TM :( allthough there was nothing in it I didnt allready know it was still a good read (stood in WH smiths).

ok.. by UK I just assumed you ment Euro as to my knowledge, apart from a few 'limited edition' sports titles and The Lion King (27081-05), there were no UK specific releases.

Championship Hocky on the Sega Master System. I am amazed this game was ever released! it's totally unplayable and the enjoyment comes from how bad it is, it is actually funny. It isnt complete, i'm still missing Smurfs 2. I just dont feel like paying £200+ for it :? but not bad for 18 months collecting.

This sounds great :) I went to Eurocon (my first retro game event) last October near Blackpool, it was kinda cool. Played on some stuff i'd never seen before and bought a few bits and pieces. It felt a little clicky and I didnt know anybody but they were a very welcoming and freindly bunch.
