Re: The Elder Scrolls series

Yes Morrowind can seem a bit of a slog to play through by todays standards. But stick with it and you will find it is miles better than Oblivion. Much more exploration, hidden areas, variation, better characters, customisation, spells (have never understodd why they removed the levitate spell from O...

If you are intending a snes setup may I suggest some competitons on Super mario kart and SF2 Turbo, I have two American SNES, 4 crappy american SNES games and a broken multicart - this is something I am currently looking into getting sorted though. Anyone else have cover variation OCD?

Anyone else not content with owning one copy of a game, instead having to track down all cover variations? I have the bug bad and its costing me an arm an a leg. Even the most unoticeable differences and I have to have it, for example I have 2 copies of Tazmania on the master system, one version sta...

Re: Frustrating, Annoying Moments.

The very first room on the very first level of He-Man on the ps2, absolutely no clues given as to how to open the cell door that gives you access to the key to escape the dungeon. Also Asterix on the PS1 the first level involves you have to slap a minimum of 75 out of 90 fish thrown at random, to pr...

Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

finally forced myself to watch Avatar this week, thought it was going to be a load of emo rubbish. Actually suprised that it was fairly watchable. Watched a couple of 90s films this week I've not seen before Q and A, Nick Nolte as a bent cop, very good film apart from the inapropriate use of cheesey...

Re: Super Nintendo collecting thread.

even the likes of SF2 and Alladin are fecthing close to £10 now and these are very common games. There are still some bargains to be had, just this week I won a boxed sim city 2000 for £1.20.

Normally I would have done,

but for anyone that has seen the latest pics of my collection will know that room is now at a premium. My days of hoarding 2 or 3 copies of the same game are over. lol

What item have you always wanted, but never got round to it

I'm not talking about rare items or exspensive stuff. Just run of the mill games or machines. I used to have a wildcard in the 90s and had copies of The Tick and Rockos modern life. I've always wanted them on cart and despite having various sellers copies on my ebay watch list for the last 8 years, ...
