Weird thing is, I have had trouble with some machines on my best CRTs, why I keep a crappy CRT around as they work on that

Any flicker when its turned on?

Usually id clean the pins on the cart slot, its a tight fit on the int

Re: Charity Shops

Astromash is good fun with a nice scoring mechanic. Space battle may remind you of a certain 80s sci fi show and is an entertaining shooter. Night stalker and triple action are two more of my faves. Good luck! Quickly hooked it up earlier and doesn't seem to work. Will have another go tomorrow but ...

Re: Why no more Youtube videos

It says "make your requests known" how exactly do we do that? Just generally posting about it here, interacting with us on our Facebook and Twitter or emailing us directly. That'll about do it. Ok cool, so the paper quality has been terrible for quite some time, thin paper, often wavy like when you...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 170

I will certainly consider my future subscription if the paper quality doesn't improve, I feel that there's too much recycled content and if less and less articles appeal to me :( :( Considering how long the mag has been running for im not surprised they are running out of new old things to talk abo...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 170

Not withstanding my printing issues can honestly say that this has been the worst ever issue for me. Echo what everyone has already said about Final Fantasy & Codemasters. The worst thing though for me is the C64 article. Bearing in mind that I'm a C64 fanboy I found the article almost pointless. Ab...

Were any of the pages out in the sun? The colours on pretty much every page are very washed out / faded, the black on page 46 is grey, the blue on page 58 is significantly lighter that the next page.

Re: Formula 1 2017 thread

We only get about one advert for every three or four they get, so it's not so bad for us. Oh, another crash. I've lost count. And can I just say "COME ON MAX!!!!" :D :D Shame for Alonso, amazing drive considering he has zero experience of IndyCar and the oval tracks, ironic that a Honda engine ruin...

Re: Formula 1 2017 thread

They have adverts every 3 minutes Agree with what you say, it's typically crappy American sport(s!) coverage. As everything but the drivers a-hole is sponsored by something you would think they could avoid adverts! Normally, ESPN / BT Sport don't have ad breaks during the race (unless there's a lon...
