Tried that, made no difference, I also tried to add them with Apple Safari and the Google Chrome browsers.

Re: WinVice

Some games load but don't work, as in nothing happens when you press the fire button, some don't even work when you get past the crack screen. Others I can't get off the crack screen. Untouchables has a on screen manul appear, but pressing the spacebar just scrolls the screens, can't get out of it. ...

WinVice

I've just been trying out WinVice and I'm having some problems with playing the games. The ones I have load up fine but while some play others don't. I've set it up to KeysetA and have the cursor keys as up, down, left and right and the right control as fire. However, some games just don't respond, ...

Help with Retrobates

I have a small problem with my Retrobates (MattyC64c), I can't put paragraphs in. Everytime I do a retrobate it comes in as one big chunk of text, other people don't seem to have a problem, why me? I do the text in Word and then paste it in, is this causing the problem? I can't type it all in that l...

Re: Dirt 2 Demo

I was quite impressed by this on the 360. It looks fantastic and they have the thing running at the same speed on the rally course and the race. The orginal suffered from a framerate loss on the Xbox 360 and the PC during the racing events. Not so with this one.

Re: Emulators for DS

Running MAME on the DS, would be quite impressive. It might just manage some early eighties stuff, but not much else. Even SNES/MD emulation is pretty poor on the system - you really need a PSP if you want to emulate games on the go, and even with far great CPU and graphcis power, the PSP can strug...

Emulators for DS

The topic says it all, I'm after some emulators for my Nintendo DS Lite. I have three already but are they the best there is? I have a Snes Emulator called SNEmulDS a Mega Drive emulator called jEnesis. I've also tried a C64 emu called FrodoDS, but I can't get it to work, it displays an error saying...

Re: Where did you play Arcade games?

I've had some flashbacks since I created this thread. I think I remember seeing my first arcade cab but I'm not if it was Galaga or Galaxian. I was about 4 or five at the time (1982-83) it was in the cafe at one of my local swimming baths. We went there often and I remember my brother (4 years older...

Where did you play Arcade games?

So guys where did you play arcade games? I don't remember many arcade machines in my area, I mean we had a few but not many. I remember my local video hire had a couple of arcade machines, I can fondly remember playing the likes of 1943, and Double Dragon my high street. However, my parents used to ...

Re: Michael Jackson's Moonwalker - First Impressions

Hmmmm not sure about this one, I like the graphics and the animation, he dances instead of fighting enemies, what exactly is it thats knocking the bad guys down? Funnily enough I'd never played this game untill now (Fusion Mega Drive emulator), although I remember a SEGA advert for it back in the da...
