Re: I love PSPs

I only ever used it to play -that game with the squidgy spheres in-. Emulators increase it's possibilities hugely, it's a pity Sony don't like homebrew and you have to start it up through a savegame. :(

I love PSPs

I've never really ventured into PSP emulation before, purely because I didn't think I could get it working, but sorted it today on a recent (6.20) firmware as well!

Re: Most overrated games

Bet La Noire gets mega review scores because it`s Rockstar and they can do no wrong etc etc.Loved GTA3 and VC but since then? series gotten stale, Rockstar need to lay it to rest for a while. I loved San Andreas because it was fun. Those games deserved what they got. However, GTA4 just wasn't fun, ...

Re: Fallout 3 - New Vegas

MY XBox had RROD, and my missus bought me FO3:NV for the PS3. I've been playing it on the XBox, and really want to continue! Does anyone want to swap a brand new, still in cellophane PS3 Fallout 3:New Vegas for an XBox one?

Re: usb to xbox converter

I'm sure I used a standard extension lead to use my XBox controller on the other side of the living room - is this the original XBox??

I watched it without sound. The characters are more animated than the development staff!

Re: Most overrated games

It was interesting but I found it painful to play after a while. A well made game though. Also, the film-esque intro credits was a little bit pretentious. I know movies and video games are supposedly running parallel to each other but apart from the obvious role of a producer, the development of eac...

Mike Singleton / Midwinter

One of the most interesting game designers/programmers, I don't think I've ever anticipated a game as much as Midwinter 2 (after playing Midwinter and loving it - even though I could hardly progress through it at all). as a 14 year old. I requested it for my birthday, but didn't get it - I remember ...

Re: Animated film about an evil wizard ???

That's the one! It was a fairly dark film from what I remember, being a cartoon and all.

Re: The big breakfast

I loved this when it was on. I preferred the Jonny Vaughn/Denise Van Outen period. It was remade in 2000 (I think) as some horrible, trendy Channel 4 breakfast thing that was like a blueprint for the forthcoming Channel 4, and was quickly cancelled. My fondest memories were playing MAME from 12am ti...

Re: Robocop *movie and game

Don't forget the third game on the Amiga with the lovely anti piracy device(aka the dongle). I think it lasted for about a week and then one of the cracking crews(either Skid Row or Fairlight) managed to crack it! I even remember that being covered in Amiga Format. As for the third film, that was a...
