Re: Amstrad GX4000 on sale here in New Zealand

A marketing disaster but i'd own it just for the novelty factor.

I did originally purchase one in 1990 but it had minimal use to say the least.

XBOX Live Achievements

Or PS3 trophies, if you prefer. Either way i'm interested to hear whether these actually matter to you - not the inclusion of them I might add as I know they are a welcome addition to gaming but whether they matter in terms of do you go out of your way to complete as many as possible? I'm 31 and sho...

Re: What are you currently playing?

Finally got round to getting 1,000 gamerscore on Cod 4 the day before MW2 arrived.......'Mile High Club' on veteran proved an absolute bastard to overcome - it took a good couple of hours and an incredible amount of swearing that would even give John Davidson (one for the older forum members, perhap...

Re: [Ebay] Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub Zero

Any figures on the PAL sales though? As that's the version in question here Well you say the version in question is PAL but your previous post doesn't actually directly suggest that this is the case.......you just said it didn't sell a million copies....... But possible pedanticism aside, i'm afrai...

Re: Forza Motorsport 3

I was only ever a very casual Forza 2 fan but i'll be downloading this demo later on.

Given that a universal GT5 release might now be delayed until next year i'll definitely be needing a driving fix and this might be the one.......

Wikipedia disagrees with you. It sold 850,000 in the States alone, apparently.

Rare or otherwise I remember it for being a scandalously poor release.

Re: What are you currently playing?

FIFA 10 demo on 360. If looks and feels exactly like FIFA 09, except better in some way. The 360 degree controls really do make a difference, but I think it is time to come up with new game modes and features. Definitely the best footy game out there though. Well after playing the demo of both FIFA...

Still prancing about on World at War's 'Map Pack 3' but also trying to fill in some achievement gaps on Doom and Shinobi.

Re: Favourite Neo Geo Games

'A lot of folk have played more than 10 Neo Geo games', huh? Well, yes. Yes, i'm sure you are correct. But this feature is for a magazine and bearing in mind the question is being posed on a forum to a very specific audience I would have thought the response to naming 10 games would be minimal. I m...

I'd ask them about the making of Magic Pockets - more specifically about Betty Boo and how amazingly hot she was.
