Ordered a GP2X yesterday after playing on a mates system. Mine will be a MKII so hopefully the controller's a bit more responsive than the MKI.

Re:

There is another fairly unknown collection that was released by Sega for the Megadrive called "Classic Collection". It contained Gunstar Heroes, Altered Beast, Flicky and Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle. Proberbly one of the better offical "collection" carts for the Megadrive I'd say and proberbl...

Well, my local indie had New Super Mario Bros in on Friday (May 19th) so I just had to purchase it. I knew after playing the first level this was going to be great. Every gamer should enjoy this as it's a proper Mario game - it plays like Super Mario 1 and 3 combined with a dash of Mario world. I wo...

Anywhere between 1-5 hours a day. Depends on work and whether I want to see my friends or not. Sometimes I spend more time talking about games than actully playing them!

You should be able to use a PC disk formatted at 720kb to transfer files to the Amiga. I can't remember the name of the utility you run on the Amiga (it comes with Workbench, usually on the Extras disk), but you could use Winzip to unzip the LHA file and put it on a PC disk. That all depends on the ...

Metroid Prime is a pain to control at first. Whichever hand you use to hold the DS will develop into a "claw", and you will most likely lose all feeling across your knuckles. After a while you'll adjust (especially in an online game) and the beauty within Metroid Prime Hunters will be unleashed (or ...

Where are you all finding these bargains?!? The last bargain I can remember was a boxed near mint Mega Drive with Sonic for £10, and a boxed Game Gear with AC adaptor, Ecco and Sonic for £5. That was a couple of years ago at a boot sale. Pales in comparison to what you guys bought though. Lucky so...

Driver Parallel Lines has been played extensively as I have to review it. Other than that, Flashback on the Amiga, Gradius V on PS2 and I'm just starting Dragon Quest VIII as it's been on my shelf since release day.

I know you said you're not a fan of Eastern RPGs, but Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is a great game. It's quirky, charming and hilarious. You can complete it in under 30 hours easily. Go on, you know it makes sense.
