At the moment, I'm trying to split time between Mario Kart DS, Nintendogs, Mario&Luigi, Fire Emblem, Shadow of the Colossus and PES5.

And I've got Mario Strikers, Metroid Pinball, Trauma Centre and The Warriors lined up when I get through some of those!

Ballblazer? Nah loved it. Now The Eidolon on the other hand... I never saw the attraction sadly. Lacked something compared to the maniac shooting and planning in Koronis Rift.

Yeah it's something we deal with over at Lemon64 as well... ROMs only applies to stuff that used to be on chips beforehand. At least there's plenty of cartridges for the C64. There's only ten for the Speccy. Much that I generally just let it slide, some people do like to be totally specific. Hence I...

Though if you are talking about images of the 10 cartridges that were produced for the computer... then maybe not ;)

Hell, I haven't started doing anything for new RG yet and no profile of course. But I've been playing arcade games since the very early days (1980) so you never know, I might think of something to write about one or two in the future.

Re: Timelines

Y'know, I've ALWAYS had a soft spot for ET on the 2600. There was just something about it - although come to think of it, at the time I had that game I was into ANYTHING with ET's gormless mug on the front - pencils, notepads, t-shirts, cups, games, toys, lunchboxes, stickers, etc etc etc. All I'll...

Re:

I would say that there are enough folders at the moment - a folder for plugging sites etc might be a good idea, as long as a webmaster doesn't start numerous threads for his one organisation (no names mentioned but I have seen this happen elsewhere!) As long as they don't contravene section ...

You can taste what it was like via emulation and the such, but no, imo you had to be there to fully see what impact the old machines (C64, Speccy, 2600 etc) had on the video gaming world in the same way that the current set do. Generally I find the only young people getting into retro (ie. before th...

Love the layout, like the design, very clear and presentable with, as said, an Edge like touch :) Only fault I have design wise is, and I don't know if this is just how it is or just how my copy printed, but the text on the Hero/Villain of the Month section is incredibly fuzzy and hard to read. Apar...

You did well to find it Darran, it's rather hard to come by here. I got my copy for $30 off Amazon in the US. Defo worth a purchase :)
