Re: Chedwyn Michael Evans

The irony i find in this whole situation is laughable. Most of the outrage seems to be that he is unrepentant? He maintains that he is innocent. Under the law he is entitled to do that despite the fact that he has been tried and convicted. However, in my part of the United Kingdom is is quite accept...

Re: Rosetta physicist's 'sexist' shirt

The shirt wasn't 'sexist' at all.
Problem is that there are so many people out there who have no concept of what actually the word sexist really means.
Happens all the time.

Indeed.
Which is why i wrote this in my original post.

Re: On New Subsribers Offers

Thanks for that but my point is still valid. It shouldn't have taken this to bring to your attention that the offer be made available to existing subscribers? Here's hoping that there will be a double page spread in the next issue with full disclosure of the offer being made more widely available. S...

Re: OUYA!! Anyone have one?

I have one too but really haven't gotten around to using it much. Like DPrinny i recently got an Android TV Box that came pre-installed with XBMC and all other sorts of goodness. I'm using it a lot. Although my OUYA hasn't been used much i think i prefer the TV Box. It basically does the same thing ...

Re: Is your boss a d1ck?

The problem is that once you become a 'boss' everybody automatically hates and resents you. It's just human nature. Grossly unfair a lot of the time but that's the way it is. I got promoted to a supervisor role and it was the worst 2 years of my life. I immediately went from being one of the guys to...

No worries. You are most welcome.

If you change your mind or get a better offer it's not a problem just let me know.

Re: Anyone selling a C64?

Yep there is a power supply and a tape deck but they are in equally poor condition. There is at least one button missing on the keyboard. I bought it in a charity shop years ago for spares but have never used it. Not sure if all the connecting cables and stuff are still there? It may all be complete...

I have one but it's in need of a lot of TLC.
Completely untested.
You are welcome to it for postage only but it may not even work.

Re: GAMESACK AND THE SHARP X68000

I imported (at huge expense) a X68000 Pro from Japan a few years back.
Unfortunately it arrived not working. It had been damaged in transit..
Tried to fix it many many times without success :(
Most disappointing buy ever.

I've been thinking of starting a Blog or a Facebook page to try and list and describe them all but just haven't found t...

Re: RIP Nelson mandela

Oh yes, because the South-African segregation regime and the apartheid were pretty and all, and they should have been fought using nice words. Right. With all due respect you are very very wrong. Calling Mandela out for what he was is not in any way, shape or form showing support for the Apartheid ...
