Re: From The Forum Issue 142

Deluxe Galaga for the Amiga.
Never had so much fun (and still do) from a coverdisc.

Re: Discuss Time! Issue 141 Your first gaming purchase

First for me was Snoopy Tennis Game and Watch.
Loved it but missed the whole 8 bit era.
After that it was probably Alisia Dragoon for the Megadrive.

Re: Subscriptions Queries

Message sent.
Just as bit confusing to be told on the telephone that it's OOS yet it's still available to buy in the Imagine shop?
Not a big deal. These things happen.

Re: Subscriptions Queries

Hi For the first time ever the latest issue (140) has not arrived with me. It may just have been held up with the Easter holiday but it's not looking good. I telephoned subs yesterday and was told that an extra issue would be added to my subscription as Issue 140 was 'out of stock' and a replacement...

GENERATIONS LOST - MEGADRIVE

I'm frequently asked what my favourite type of game is. For me it's the 2D Side Scrolling Platform Game although i'm partial to the odd 2D Turn Based RPG from time to time. Recently discovered Generations Lost for the Sega Megadrive in my 'to play someday' bundle. What a little gem it is i'm pleased...

Re: I had a break in...anyone else?

Many thanks everyone for your kind and considered comments. I went to my GP yesterday morning and she has made an urgent referral to Victim Support for me, which should, hopefully help a little. Still not sleeping very well but i think i'll be a lot happier when the Insurance company finally come to...

Re: Doom I I big box

I had the original floppy disc big box version of the original Doom.
No bids at 99p start on eBay.
99p was clearly way too much for the 42 watchers.
Bit of a waste trying to get a fair price for almost anything these days methinks?

Re: I had a break in...anyone else?

It's been an absolute nightmare. Police have been pretty hopeless to be honest. Promised call backs that haven't happened etc. They think that because it was during the daytime that they probably thought no one was home and were just looking for cash and nothing else? I had to wait for hours until a...

I had a break in...anyone else?

Before i begin i'm NOT looking for the sympathy vote. Such is the sadness of my so called life i've no one to tell except a lot of total strangers on an internet forum. Anyway... I had a break in on Tuesday this week. 3 in the afternoon and i was at home. They broke down my back door and the interna...

Re: sexism?

A lot of the problem boils down to many many people not actually understanding what sexism actually means.
A scantily clad character in a video game (whether male or female) is NOT sexist.

Very sad day indeed.
Another legend gone.
I had the pleasure of meeting him once (about 20 years ago). Absolute gentleman.

Re: On New Subsribers Offers

I'm not 'going on' about it at all.
My last post apart from my response to you was on 07/11. The only others were the original post and my response to the Subs Manager?
Hardly qualifies as going on about it.
Had your comment not warranted a response that would have been it from me.
