This week I've obtained:

Marvel's The Defenders score by John Paesano (double LP, coloured vinyl, gatefold)

Coming Soon by Le Matos - double LP synthwave masterpiece, shipped from Canada.

Public Image Limited Concert, another double recorded at Brixton Academy in 1986. RSD release.

Quite a nice haul this week - Judas Priest's "Firepower", the three latest instalments in the "I Love Acid" series, and the score to "The Last Jedi".

Re: Infamous- PS3

I must have acquired it in the same way!

Enjoying it so far, the controls take a bit of adjusting to, (especially after Aloy and Geralt) but the atmosphere, story and general feel are sucking me in.

And now I've spotted that collectables appear on your minimap.. .

I'm rocking a combination of my DJ set-up and my Dad's old separates... Technics SL1200 Mk2 turntables (I've got three, all from the mid-80s - two in use and one for emergencies!) Numark M4 mixer (my most modern bit of kit, about three years old) Kenwood KX-440HX cassette deck (1989) Technics SL-PG4...

I always found Patton's stuff outside of FNM much more interesting. He's definitely a one off! I saw the Fantomas Director's Cut gig at the Astoria which was fantastic.
Have you heard Dead Cross?

Re: do you buy physical music

HMV seem to be more interested with DVD and Blurays these days, the actual music part has shrunk considerably. Its nice to see a return of vinyl though, but I wouldn't be buying one of those cheap suitcase players as every review I've read says they sound terrible! They do sound terrible - but they...

Re: do you buy physical music

I buy vinyl in the main - new, old, LP, 12 inch, 7 inch, 10 inch, whatever. I love it all - for home listening. Then everything gets digitised (if it didn't come with a download included) for use in the car etc. The only CDs I buy nowadays are the Fabric series (one per month) and the very occasiona...

Was the spawn soundtrack as good?
It was very different - but I like them both... worth checking out if you like Judgement Night, definitely.

Slayer appear on both, and provide the winning track on each 8)
