There's so much wrong with that game, it's hard to believe. I was disappointed with it, even though I'd picked it up pre-owned for a mere 99p.

Re: Gamecube prices, annoying.....

...the price is very high on all the games thanks to the Wii's backwards compatability. The Wii's BC has nothing to do with it. Gamecube games rarely ever dropped their price even before the Wii was announced. They, and all Nintendo games for that matter, always hold their price even if there's lit...

Finally got around to finishing Final Fantasy XII.
Just got through the final run of bosses and can confirm that this is definitely my favourite FF yet. Great characters, story and dialogue, light on the emo crap and very reminiscient of Vagrant Story. Recommended.

Ape Escape 2 and Colin McRae Rally 2005 at the moment. I've also reached the final area of FFXII, so should complete that when I next get a few hours spare to tackle the final bosses.

I have a terrible habit of starting too many games at any one time. I've got countless games saved a few hours in, which I could easily have finished if I hadn't moved on to something else. I've got out of doing this a bit lately, but it's a really tough habit to break.

Nice GTR2 pics, I used to play that all the time until my wheel packed in. Started a new job yesterday so havn't been playing a lot, but I did manage a few games of Sensible Soccer 2006 this evening, and my brother is planning to drive down for the weekend, so we'll hopefully get some multiplayer SF...

Still playing Final Fantasy XII at the moment, about 80 hours in now (sheesh!) and still loving it. Other than that, I've been getting into Colin McRae Rally 2005 and Rainbow Six 3, both on PS2.

Got a bit stuck in FFX at the final run of bosses, so rather than spending hours grinding to level up a bit, I put FFXII in and had a quick dabble... A week later, and I'm over 35 hours in and absolutely loving it! Best Final Fantasy yet in my opinion and could possibly be the first one I bother to ...

Just listened to this for the second time (listened to it late last night, but didn't have a chance to post). Very good, I enjoyed it a lot. I like the two-man format and the "down the pub" style chat, it's far easier to listen to than some of the more fanboyish gaming podcasts. Another one to put o...

Continuing to play through Final Fantasy X (PS2). I've not played it properly for about five years, so the majority of the storyline is fresh again since I've forgotten it. Final Fantasy XII (PS2) and Sid Meier's Pirates (PSP) turned up today in the mail, so I'll give them a go later too, although I...

Gone back to Final Fantasy X to try to pick up from where I had previously saved.

Bit off topic, but I just found it and it's a good bargain. Virgin Megastores website currently has PSP Sid Meier's Pirates for £10.99, a good saving of £19 off their rrp.

Just finished Rogue Trooper. What'd you think of Rogue Trooper? I keep seeing it cheap, and I'm tempted to pick it up. I enjoyed it a lot, it played like a mix of Freedom Fighters and Kill.Switch. There is a nice cover mechanic, solid enemy AI and a good selection of weapons and abilities. There ar...

Just finished Rogue Trooper. Up next, I think I'll try to finish off Ratchet & Clank and some of the other games I have saved half-way through.

I've never played it or seen it played, so can't say either way.
