Re: Retro Gamer Issue 208 - Back to the 80s

Enjoyed this issue a lot. The big 1980s feature was good, with suitably dayglo design.
Favourite piece was David Crookes on Ocean Software France, closely followed by the Myst legacy article.

Re: Questions for Tony 'Daley Thompson' Pomfret

How did you do that brilliant "transforming letters" input for high scores on Mikie and Firefly?

What development system/hardware did you use for the C64?

Would you ever go back to the old machines and write something new?

How easy did you find moving from 8-bit computer to the consoles?

Re: Kickstarter tracker

Unfortunately I don't think it would be good for the magazine to do.
Kickstarters can be risky, and there would be a backlash against the mag if one it had endorsed failed.

Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

The First Team (BBC Two, all episodes on iPlayer) - football-based comedy from the creators of The Inbetweeners. Some funny moments and probably great if you are a big football fan. Space Force (Netflix, 10 episodes) - so in the time Trump put together a flag for his real-life Space Force, Steve Car...

Basically all MP's are as bad as each other, MP's from different parties have taken the mick with lockdown rules. But slate them all not just one from one party, criticize all of them or don't criticize any of them. Don't just single out one due your own biased political beliefs. Someones Facebook ...
