Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 203

More Mario articles? Is there anything else to tell? Issues with Mario, Zelda, Sonic and the sorts on the cover are the ones that make me save my money, unless there is an article I really want to read. If anything it was the "Strike" series article that made me say "not again" - but there were som...

That would appear to be it, a Tec Toy release once they had the licence to knock out cheap Sega stuff in Brazil.
I hope my interview with Stefano Arnhold in issue 203 will help you re-evaluate the "cheap" part of that statement...

You Ask The Questions - Tim Kitzrow

Something a little different for my next In The Chair interview... Tim Kitzrow is renowned as the voice of NBA Jam, Midway's fast-talking, fast-moving basketball game. Phrases such as Boomshakalaka, He's On Fire! and Is it the shoes? have passed into gaming legend. He is the only voice actor to have...

Re: Critiques of the RPG genre

What exactly are you looking for? Critical reviews of RPG games, or critical reviews of the industry!? I used to have a book called 'Dungeons and Desktops' that has a lot of information about both RGP games and the companys that made them. That may be of some help. There's also The CRPG Book from B...

I love the Speccy Addict films, some really good interviews with the folks that made some of my favourite games and magazines from that era. I'm glad to have backed all 3 on Kickstarter.

Re: XBox Series X

What does draw me towards getting one is Microsoft's continued commitment to backwards compatibility. So your Xbox One games will work on your Series X... ...but I've already seen some negative comments online, comparing it to the Wii U - in that the name does not sound like a new console, just an u...

Re: Tiger Road - US versions?

Shadowman, I said "alternative" US versions. Like with Bionic Commando, there's a UK version and a US version.

Antiriad, I had encountered the US cover art but again it doesn't seem to be a different game within.
