Completed Warriors of Fate yesterday. Not hard when you can bang credits in with MAME, but good fun all the same :)

Re: From The Forum: 194

Burnout 3 was my introduction to the series and I loved it - Think I had an official addiction to it at one point haha. Recently started Burnout 2. Not far in to it at all, but Im enjoying it. Too early to say which I think is better, but both are enjoyable in their own right. As for Burnout Paradis...

Re: Great Retro-gaming websites - the sticky thread!

Great site for adding custom made achievements to many classic games, via RetroArch or specific standalone emulators. Breathes a little extra life in to your games if you've played them several hundred times and need a new challenge for them. https://retroachievements.org I use it all the time, so i...

Sonic Chaos I have a huge soft spot for. It's clearly riiiiiiight on the edge of what the SMS can do but it's doing it.
Don't think I've ever played that. I'll have to give it a go πŸ˜€
Just been playing it now, loved it. Would be been good to see a Mega Drive version of it too.

Decided to replace my original PS4 with a Pro model. Ordered today, so should arrive in the next day or 2.
Nice πŸ˜€

I never play my standard PS4 any more. Really struggle to get in to new games these days. Nothing seems to hold my interest long enough.

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

Being a sucker for early to mid 90s FMV games, I've bought The 7th Guest 25th Anniversary Edition on GOG. Done a video review, too: https://youtu.be/R78iz88Z45I Love that game, its one of my all time favourites. Recently played Phantasmagoria though. Absolutely cracking game. 2nd one wasnt as good ...

Used to play a game called Freedom Fighters on the PS2 back in the day. Recently picked it up again, but for Gamecube, so I'll be playing through that again next.

I thought it was good, but the last 30mins was basically going through the alternative endings, which is cool, but got boring after a while.

Re: What grinds your gears ?

My spine, 3rd week on the trot I've missed going pub with the old man. I see you're a Stevenage lad. I used to live there, but moved away in the last 10 years to North Wales. Loved the Old Town for a spot of drinking back then. Born and raised some might say sadly, Red Lions where I go at the momen...
