Re: Subscriber Covers

Does anyone from the RG staff know if Mark is still around handling customer service issues? I messaged him earlier this week, and no reply, so I was wondering if he may be on holiday, or is the subscription representation in these forums gone again?

Re: Subscriber Covers

Not sure a vote on mag cover will gibe with timelines for producing a monthly magazine... plus how much of a sample size will they get... not great. Let's offer our feedback here and let the mag production crew get on with the decisions for their magazine. The picture size could be as big or small ...

Re: Subscriber Covers

Damn, not a lot of love for the subscriber specific covers uh? LOL Yeah, I've only really liked 1 or 2 so far, with most being blah at best. Why don't the staff offer a vote on these subscriber options each month, as then at least we can have a say. Maybe offer up 3-5 unique covers, and then put th...

Re: Tracking lateness

Issue #183 arrived to me yesterday here in Sin City USA. So these have for sure been staying on the same course of delivery times for awhile now, at least since it was fixed. This latest issue arrived in amazing shape as well, which has been an problem off and on over the last year or so, since ship...

Re: Bookazines or lack of.

Well, in my experience, most of the Bookazines have stayed pretty much the same for the last several years. The annuals & other books just pretty much reprint past info about a topic from past issues of Retro Gamer(Amiga, Annuals, SNES, Atari, Playstation, etc). I own all of those and then several t...

Re: Tracking lateness

It's 18.07.2018 and I still dont have my RG #182. It's fu% ridiculous ! ( shipment to Poland ) Every time situation is the same. 4-5 weeks of delay and nobody cares about it ! You can send e-mails and have simple respond form some BOTs where answer is always the same "We are sorry blah blah blah". ...

Re: RE: Free Subscription Incentives

As stated, I see this kind of stuff across many different mediums, and it is what it is. If deals like this where given to everyone, it would never work from a financial standpoint, unless they get said items for free(as some promotion with items maker). Stuff like this controller is offered to get ...

Re: Subscriber Covers

I just got #182 yesterday, and that exclusive cover is killer, as it's way better than the standard one for sure. Yeah, I didn't care for the Street Fighter cover either, and actually thought the standard one was much better there, due to the negative space as mentioned and the lack of the "Street F...

I received 181 on 6/8 and today I got 182
WOW, my #181 came on the 7th, and #182 arrived yesterday on 19th. And my #182 included the stickers & Megadrive booklet as well, so no issues outside of super quick shipping(which isn't really a problem). LOL

Re: Tracking lateness

My #181 arrived in Las Vegas 2 days ago on the 7th, and 3 weeks has been my average time for awhile now. Condition runs the spectrum each month, but the issues do arrive in a decent amount of time and have been since the problems with Future seem to have been fixed(At least for me in the US). I'm st...

Re: Tracking lateness

Mark is on holiday. He'll answer your questions when he comes back. Is he still on holiday? It's been over two months and ZERO answers. And no, I didn't get 180 yet to Finland. Ever since the change of publisher, the magazine has been here ONCE "on time", which is about two weeks after it's out. I ...

Re: Tracking lateness

I guess Future feels like we should be glad that they issues arrive at all, which they at least seem to do (just so veeery late!). I certainly don't see any signs that things are improving, which is a sad state of affairs. Fortunately the magazine doesn't get old even though it arrives very late. B...

Re: Tracking lateness

(Funky thing: As far as I understand, the US Post is running in blood-red numbers. Because they need to finance pensions 75 years into the future in the span of 10 years... No single institution has ever been burdened with such harsh and silly demands.) LOL, our postal service here in the states is...
