I was the last of my friends to get a 16-bit computer, and my frustration and sadness was a burning ball in the pit of my stomach. I remember playing F-18 Interceptor , F-19 Stealth Fighter and Falcon on my friend's 16-bit machines and then I would go home and load up A.C.E. on my C64 and cry myself...

Another vote for Asterix here. In fact I think I remember the Duck Tales game and The Lucky Dime Caper being pretty good too. Now that I think about it, there were some great platformers for the SMS. I remember getting a lot of fun out of Pro Wrestling too. My first brush with Sonic was the SMS vers...

There are a load that I really like. Here are a few. Unlimited Saga Difficult game made harder by very poor documentation and no tutorials, but with great music. It's one of about 3 game soundtracks that I own. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2v_AtBf7wW8 Final Fantasy IX Everyone mentions VII, which ...

I think I remember Tony doing an interview for Zero . They also had one of the Bitmap Brothers there. Tony was pushing Captain Planet and the Bitmap Brother was pushing Magic Pockets . It was one of the funniest interviews I've ever read, because they kept slagging off each others game and accusing ...

I've not played Sands of Time, which puts me in an ideal position to vote for the original out of pure bias and jigger up the results a little bit.

(so I'm not going to vote)

As for Uplink , there are certain e-mails that come to you when you reach certain parts of the game - so if you walk away you might get an e-mail by the time you get back. I don't think m/any of them have quick deadlines, but maybe. If you're mentioning Anchorhead then you can include every text adv...
