The 27 colur palette on the CPC was in fact just 9 individual colours with bright and pastel variations making up the other 2/3rds.

I was working in Tempo, an electronics store when the PSX and Saturn came out.

I can rember quite clearly that the PSX was £299 and the Saturn was £50 more.

The Dragon used the Motorolla 6847 whereas the CPC and BBC used the 6845, hence the possible similarity you may have seen.

The cabinet is MDF, the controls all link into a USB adaptor. Could not get any easier really.

The art is in building it, the configuration is the easy bit.
