I'd like to see a proper look back at the GAMEBOY. there was a small bit in issue 9, but i don't think there's been anything since. I know it doesn't take the best screenshots, but please give it the retro-inspection treatment. Of course, if it's already been done let me know which issue and I'll ge...

It's a shame people asked for articles to be 2 issues max. I'm not sure what benefit imposing this limit gives. If the content merits it (and it's split naturally), then take as many issues as you like. In this case, star wars could probably have stuck to one issue and Konami, 4. At the same time, t...

Just finished reading the Ridge Racer article.
Really, really enjoyed it. Very interesting that the signature music style was a last minute descision. Brilliant insight into the development.

The blog is excellent - a really good idea. A forum is not like a blog. Forums are good for anyone to post info to a dedicated 'forum' of users. A blog is good for getting specific information out to everyone in a easy to see format. This is why blogs came about despite the pre-existance of forums. ...

I think he ment people who have an opposite view to himself, people who don't just follow everybody else like a sheep and agree with everyone to keep the peace and make everything nice and fluffy and happy... Well stated opposing views is what makes forums fun, but remeber trolling is sad. I've not...

Loved the EA and Elite articles. I really like the way the 'back to the 80s/90s' articles read... but the reason I really wanted a 90s equivalent in the first place was to read more about console gaming. It's not hitting the spot for me, and seems to be aimed at the same people that get the most fro...

Hi - like the issue (and the cover).. couple of things... 1 / why not round up all the month's retro downloads over more pages? Don't rotate - be the oracle for Retro downloads. It would be an essential section of the mag. I think Opa Opa mentioned this. 2 / Brilliant list of reviews for next issue....

Grabbed myself some Mario bookends and a baseball cap. I'm well happy. I can understand why people would be annoyed at the Wii points being restricted. That's just nuts. I do think 4:1 is a pretty fair exchage rate though. Remember they're giving VC games away for the act of doing nothing but buying...

I love pinball and can't wait to read the article. Anyone that loves classic retro gameplay is doing themselves an injustice by dismissing it. It's the same hook you get from Arkanoid, Missile Command, Space Invaders IMO. That's why they've always sat side by side in the arcades. More modern machine...

I think it's good to have a little irrelevant humour in the mag, and unless a large number of people complain about it the style will probably stay. Don't you dare drop it! I want to see more irrelevant ramblings - i don't want to read a technical manual. I'd personally like the mag to be balanced ...

I am really enjoying this issue. I still have yet to read half of it. The Back to 90s section is set to become one of my favourite sections as it goes through the mean machines MD/SNES era. I agree that a new logo is needed though - pinch a font from an iconic 90's film instead (Jurassic Park or som...

Bring back scores, drop mobiles

As a reader, a summary opinion gives me a quick indication as to the contents of a review + for some reason makes the review more enjoyable to read for me. I look forward to what the reviewer is about to say based on the summary... If I see a score of 5%, I think to myself - 'This should be a laugh'...

I thought the Blast Corps shots were the biggest argument for NOT using emulators that there's been. Frankly, if we didn't use emulators, you wouldn't have a magazine (or you'd have one without very many images). There might be an argument for trying to use default/'realistic' settings, but there's...
