Re: Scariest gaming moments of all time

Re: Greatest PC Gaming Moments

The ending of Doom really stuck with me. I was around 5 or 6 when I first saw it, and it really screwed me up.

Re: Your five favourite NES games...

1. Legend of Zelda - It showed that games could be more than linear platforming adventures. A game so huge that you had to save it with a battery pack, not to mention that it had a FREAKING GOLDEN CARTRIDGE. 2. SMB3 - A perfectly crafted platformer and a true classic to this day. 3. Mega Man 2 - Sup...

Re: Top 25 Amiga Games

1. Secret of Monkey Island - This game's wittiness, personality, puzzle solving and constant surprises puts it down in gaming history as a true swashbuckling classic. If you don't like it, then you fight like a cow. 2. Another World - Eric Chahi's masterpiece is a short experience, yet a memorable o...

Re: What was...Your lunch today?

Gravy works on ANY food. Besides, doctors recommend that you have eight glasses of gravy a day.

I found some leftover chips in the fridge, so I covered them with gravy and topped it with some cheese. I can feel my arteries clogging as I type.

Action 52, Cheetahmen 2 and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde are all games that instantly come to mind.

Re: Super NES vs Mega Drive

Has to be SNES for me, which still remains to be my all-time favourite console. Mega Drive is a close second though. I am actually a big fan of the Mega Drive's sound chip. Sometimes I prefer the dirty, scratchy tone to the more muffled, dry sound of the SNES. It has a lot more energy and dynamic. S...

Got to be Terminator.
Amazingly, I've never seen Robocop, but after seeing all the praise it's getting here I'll definitely check it out.

Yes, but on a computer you can access the internet for free, without subscription fees. Plus, Steam has all the things you mentioned.

Re: More woe for nintendo

But they're not trying to be like PC's, they're trying to be like the Xbone and PS4. They would need keyboards, monitors, mice, dedicated OS's etc to be like a PC. You would have to be able to chop and change the graphics cards, ram, sound card etc. They are completely different. They may use compo...
