I second this.

I know it was covered in the past, but maybe different methods? including the best places to buy the necessary parts?

The 7th Guest. Completely blew me away when I first saw it running on my mate's PC. Filled with brainteasers and a nice soundtrack too.

Any of the Dizzy games. Dizzy's green shading made him stand out alot more than the ZX Spectrum versions. Don't know why an egg would be green though.

One of the better issues for myself personally. Enjoyed the Cheats feature and the Gameboy feature especially. Coverage of Tekken was interesting too. Keep it up!

7th Guest on PC. The mouse maze in the Cheap MDF rubbish was an absolute nightmare. Even drawing the map as you went along was hard!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in the arcade. Superb music, vibrant and bright cartoon graphics with some excellent backdrops. Huge fun fighting against the baddies of the cartoon. More fun with friends!

Re: Dizzy Articles?

There's a great interview with the Olivers on 1HMPS/Retro Asylum from a couple of years back: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enU9ov0B42o It'll be in iTunes as an audio file. I'd link to it on the Retro Asylum site but navigation for previous episodes is horrible, as I've just discovered. Thanks.. I...

Dizzy Articles?

Hey, I really enjoyed the budget games article is issue 123. I was pleased that a full page was dedicated to Fantasy World Dizzy on the ZX Spectrum. Great read and insightful. I am sure Dizzy has been covered many times in the magazine. As a relatively new reader (6 - 7 months), could anyone point m...

Re: From the forum issue 126 - Favourite Game Boy game

Either The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening or Donkey Kong '94. Link's Awakening was a real epic adventure crammed onto a little cartridge, while Donkey Kong expanded on the original Donkey Kong concept with added puzzles. so: 1. Legend of Zelda : Link's Awakening 2. Donkey Kong (1994) 3. Super Mar...

Re: The gaming you just 'had to have' at all cost

Had to own a NES after watching my cousins play Blades of Steel and Mario 2. I got my NES at Christmas with Donkey Kong Classics, Mario 1 and 2. SNES was essential for me after playing Street Fighter 2 in arcades. My SNES came bundled with the battery munching Super Scope! I also got Super Mario Wor...

Re: Got me a PSP - Now what?

GPSP Kai comes recommended also, very good GBA emulator. You will need to hunt out the BIOS files though. Never owning a GBA, I had loads of fun playing the Super Mario Bros 2 and 3 remakes with this emulator.
