Re: What grinds your gears ?

As people have mentioned before. SJW's and liberals who are all for free speech and a voice and equality until they get their own way and seem to automatically get angry and indignant, I know its the daily mail but this http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4546704/Professor-called-racist-asked-re...

Re: Favourite videogame adaptations of books

What about Books based on Video games. I really enjoyed the Resident Evil, and Gears of wars novels. only reason I mentioned is because I came across the Golden axe, Desert strike, and read rash Sega power novels the other day, along with Castle vania Worlds of power books. Now they would make a goo...

Of course it is. But SoR 2 is far superior to both 8)
I actually prefer the Mega CD version of final fight over Streets of rage 2, but yeah Streets of rage 2 is amazing.

So it looks like we are going to have a winner chosen by the Retro Gamer community. I am sure a lot of people will not like either one of these to win.

Re: Your fave Mortal Kombat

Deception on the Xbox. Purely because it had chess built into it. A distraction from the actual MK fighting which is possibly one of the worst fighting games of all time. I sort of liked the first few, but the series has always been 2nd tier in terms of actual fighting to me. especially the origina...

Re: What grinds your gears ?

I am getting close(ish) to the big 40. I am 38 next birthday. I really do not see what all the fuss is about, I will not be having a party or buying a soft top, or trading Mrs Rocky in for a women who is barely out of her teens Is there really anything that wrong with a 38 or 39 year old bloke havi...

Did not realise the actor Powers Boothe died a few days ago.

One of those actors you forgot he was in so much stuff. One of my favourite films he was in was Tombstone.
He was brilliant in deadwood. really enjoyed that series.

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

Wii Sports Boxing is what springs to mind for me, one of the weakest of the Wii Sports titles with very limited appeal and little replay value. Fun for five minutes but not something you'd shell out a significant amount for on its own. I say this as a Punch Out fan too. I've nothing against boxing ...

Damn, my usual "tv channel" for watching Raw and SD has been closed down. Don't suppose anyone knows of any others?
Yeah. if you subscribe to Sky, believe it or not you can watch the latest episode as it airs.

It's a shame it boiled down to these two... Love the 360 and skipped the SNES as I disliked the NES so much.

My vote has to go for the 360.
Why is it a shame. 2 of the best consoles ever. these and the NES would probably make up my top 3.

I couldn't give a sh1t about the comment, but I am annoyed that it hasn't been pointed out that I haven't complained. If you want to remove it then that's up to you, but you are not doing it on my behalf. I've never reported anybody on this forum. Yeah, I didn't quite see you as the type who gets e...

Re: Discuss Section - 169

Altered beast or Golden axe would have been up there but they have already had terrible 3D remakes. maybe another company can rectify those abominations. Outrun is up there but has had a recent 3d remake. Afterburner, Eswat, Alien storm, streets of rage would all be nice. I think I am going to go wi...
