Re: BSG finale...

On the whole I enjoyed it and was enthralled. Some of the scenes were just breath taking. Its left me feeling a bit sad though that its all over. Also a bit cheated too, with: 150,000 years later......... Abandoning technology........ Unanswered questions......... The poor old bucket.........

Re: The New Look Forum

It is just the theme that's the problem. Just some tweaking and it would be so much easier on the eyes. I did the same with my forum, made it look like the good original one (phpbb2) but with the new (phpbb3) functionality. As the standard templates don't really do it.

Re: The New Look Forum

I agree, the new look of the RG forum is terrible on the eyes. Maybe the template/colours should be changed rather than using a default one. PHPBB3 is highly customizable.

The colour scheme there doesn't twist me up though.

Good point about the Commodore16.com forum. I've now moved the avatars over to the left, looks so much better.

Really nice site, excellent work. The Vic20 does need some more website coverage and you just hit bulls eye.

I'll add a link to it from Commodore16.com for you.

After closer inspection, I have a question. On the C16 review of Mr Puniverse, why is there a small image from the game 'Blagger' at the beginning of the text? As they have nothing in common. Has to be the Commodore 16/+4 all the way. As this inspired me to start http://www.commodore16.com in 2004 and to start writing games for it.

I do have a soft spot for the Atari ST too ;)

I've got to say, its the best issue yet. Haven't read it all yet, but loving it so far. The cover is great, Atari ST article is one of the best retro inspections I've read. What really does it for me is that the C16 is actually referenced quite a few times and is recognised as a gaming machine. Befo...
