Incidently, I've been playing OutRun 2006 all week and there's just something wrong what with my DC sat in the corner gathering dust whilst I powerslide using my PS2 joypad...

All the comps are worth getting if you see them for under 15 quid I'd say (cept maybe Midway 3... ergh). Sega really should have included the originals though. And no Alien Syndrome remake broke my heart. It really did. The reason I believe it's not included is to keep the rating down, which is stup...

Weird when I look back because the games I got with them were crap! Atari 2600 with Pac-Man. Obviously being extremely young I couldn't understand its crappiness. Some time later though I got Asteroids and the balance was restored somewhat. Years later I got a Spectrum +2, which I believe was in one...

Re:

Wrestling Games? Fire Pro Wrestling D. In what other game can you have a barbed wire, electrified exploding steel cage match? Not Smackdown !!! Brilliant game. In fact I love all the Fire Pro games. FAR more playable than that Smackdown / WWE crap. I miss the fact that I can't download more moves /...

Retro Gamer Gathering?

Has anyone ever thought about or pitched a Retro Gamer convention? That'd be superb! (Sorry if someone has said this before! I forget about this forum!)

All I got was a Gnasher badge, the wallet and maybe a few other things... but that was it! They never sent me anything else at all!

It's just opinion Steve :) We're not being elitist, we're just pointing out some of the games we love playing. Hopefully it may even presuade people to track them down and see what all the fuss is about. I didn't say being elitist was a bad thing. Maybe it was the wrong word but I'm sure they'll be...

I too noticed what Swainy did regarding New Zealand Story. Still, when you think about it, they could have included New Zealand Story Extra (and Rainbow Islands Extra actually). The top ten perfect games for the SNES were most interesting. Favouring Mario All Stars and SF Alpha II over popular choic...

I ordered the Japanese version of SFIII Third Strike for the DC years ago, before I'd even played the game (though I had played the two previous incarnations of SFIII). I still have it and I still reckon it's the best 1 on 1 fighter ever made. SFII and some other games are more accessible but Third ...
