Re: Realy bad Xbox One experience

part of the reason I have held off on this was the failure rate of the 1st gen models of previous launches.

Re: Your big misses that you regret.

I saw Panzer Dragoon Saga in a place in Leicester when they were selling all the Saturn stuff off as "it was dead". Was about £40 quid still but is a game I have always wanted to play having played the demo that was around, although wasn't really a retro buy as it was during the consoles life. Not s...

The other day me and my mate went on a jaunt through the charity shops of Sheffield and I mentioned that charity shops seem to be where old football games go to die. This was back up by the car boot I visited today.

Re: Playstation Vita games discussion thread

going to give it a pass then, Footy man is one of those games that I love the idea of more than anything now, I have bought FM11-13 and never really played one than one career past 3 seasons. I buy it out of a sense of strange loyalty I think, I think back to a time when me and my brother would play...

Re: Playstation Vita games discussion thread

won't be up everyones street, but has anyone tried the new football manager on vita? I got the original one and barely played it as was really disappointed, however I noticed that this version is apparently identical to football manager classic on the full FM14 version, as well as offering crossplay...

Re: 3DS Games discussion/Collecting thread

cheers Grizzly et al! The 3ds with mario kart was the same price as the other ones and it had the added benefit that I can smash in a lot of older games against it should I got that route, however wanted to know what the crack was in case I look to pick something up off ebay. I do like the look of t...

Re: 3DS Games discussion/Collecting thread

here is a question you fine folk may be able to help me with, I noticed a pre-owned 3DS xl that was the white version that came with pre-installed Mario Kart, however when the store employee kindly checked for me it didn't seem to be there on the menu any longer, she mentioned that they factory rese...

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

I always have a look in CEX in Sheffield but there never seems to be anything in, I actually went on a trawl through Sheffield's charity shops yesterday (about 10 of them) as a mate was after Vinyl and I didn't find hardly any games at all really, It seems to be where copies of football manager go t...

Re: What are you currently playing?

never heard of Nintendo pocket football, it looks brilliant having just been to read up on it! As it's half term I have been trying to work through my stack of games, I completed Tomb Raider having finally opened it (the new one) and then finished off Xcom -enemy within and have just started playing...

Re: Amiga Cd 32 - 2 non working consoles & games

Sorry this was a poor thread, never put any prices on it and never came back. I was trying to make a video for someone to show what the consoles were doing and one of them is working again now so I have decided to keep it!

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

^ No Crush Roller? Much better than Pacman. I have been debating Crush Roller. Some reviews claim its dull. Other people seem to love it. I might pick it up if I see a copy at a decent price. I have a neo pocket but only two games (pac man and turf masters) however I think the little stick on the d...

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

Just picked up Top Gear Rally (n64) and a Dreamcast VMU when looking in a place in Sheff I rarely go in (not sure why as it has a decent amount of retro stuff). I can't help but buy Dreamcast VMU's when I see them, am starting to think I have an actual problem… :(
