Re: Why is Retro Gamer so much expensive ?

If you have an iPad, consider subscribing there(I do!).:) The mag costs ca 130 NOK (ca 16 euro) for a single issue here, while a single issue on iPad costs 36 NOK(ca 4.4 euro!). A half year's subscription cost 136 NOK, in other words about the same as a single issue in paper! Given the Apple store p...

Re: Retro Gamer Issue 122 Official feedback

Looking forward to this issue, I don't think it's arrived on iPad yet? Need to check later if it's come some time since I checked this morning.:) While I've waited for this issue, I bought the 200 page EDGE special with articles from their first year '93-'94. Nice to read retro in another way. Their...

Re: Home Brew Section

Tbh, the homebrew section of the mag is the section I usually skip or skim through. I know it's a piece many love, so by all means keep it, but for me it just isn't as interesting as the rest of the articles. :(

What are the contents? Is it articles from previous issues or brand new articles? I have quite a lot of the back catalogue after months of slowly reading back on my iPad...

Re: The Missing Retro Gamer features

I'd love to see you make an article or two about niche/unknown gaming companies from Europe. Eastern Europe, Germany, Sweden... There ought to be something interesting to be found there! For example, Paradox from Sweden, reknowned for their Hearts of Iron, Crusader Kings and Europa Universalis serie...

Re: Subscriptions Queries

Hi!
I subscribe to the digital edition on my iPad. I have a question about that: the last two issues, I've got two versions: One "digital replica" or something like it. This I have got before. But now I also get a version called "digital replica - Kindle". What's the difference?

I don't have it in front of me, but I think it was the issue with Final Fantasy on the cover.

Re: Retro Gamer Issue 117 - Feedback Thread

Hi, Greetings from Norway. I've been reading RetroGamer for a couple years now, and just wanted to thank you for yet another good issue. I'm well into it now, reading a few pages each day. As a 27 year old, many of the games covered in your magazines are well outside my experience, but I l...
