Re: Your Favourite Gaming Quotes

Altered Beast - "Rise from your grave!" WRONG - It's actually voiced by Jonathan Ross and he says "Wise fwom your gwave" Although not originally a videogame quote, I still love " It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum......and I'm all out of gum" from Duke Nukem "Please don't thank me. In fact, "...

Re: RIP Paul walker

For those of you that didn't know, Fast & Furious 7 was in production at the time of Paul Walker's untimely passing. The movie had been shooting for a few months, which has led Universal to consider several options for the way forward. They three options that have been (briefly) discussed include : ...

Re: Microtransactions

I'm seriously shocked and disgusted with microtransactions, which according to a few on here means I should call the Police and not even discuss it. On a more serious note, I can understand why the market is heading this way, and for some forms of gaming (mobile) I think it makes sense to a degree. ...

Re: The most VILE Viral - and proof people are SICK

For those of you not intelligent enough to realise, my intentions were simply to discuss the human condition, and in this case how low it can get in light of the video I linked too (which had been in the public domain since last Tuesday, and been around various social networks. There was no other re...

Re: The most VILE Viral - and proof people are SICK

Report it to the police?! It has already been reported, so it would be a waste of time. As it happens, it's been reported by many hundreds of people - so there is no need. And the video had ALREADY gone viral. My original post was about generating discussion and expressing my disgust at how anybody...

Get off the comp, stand in front of a mirror and say Candyman five (or was it three) times in a row. And then try and sleep

I like their RETRO specials, actually marginally better than RGFs. Both are still cracking reads though

Re: The most VILE Viral - and proof people are SICK

If you're offended by it simply report it to the police. But posting it on forums doesn't help and just helps make the video viral. One thing the person who uploaded it in the first place wants. Agree with pratty above, by giving a link to it it's not helping matters in the slightest Report it to t...

Or did I miss one?
Driving games didn't help change the world.

Re: Where are the mags?

I was umming and arring over the SNES/MEGADRIVE bookazine when I was in Smith's yesterday. Think I may pick it up today. Also saw the Arnold Schwarzenegger autobiography for sale, £5 down from £20.

Surely that must be worth it?

Anybody else read/own it?

Re: what car do you drive?

And I REALLY want to own an R34 Nissan Skyline - just for the looks of it. Was never a huge fan of the R34. R32 is the sweet spot IMO! Yeah, I like the R32 - I just don't like the look of the lights on the back. This is also what I don't like of the current GTR - the back end just looks wrong and n...

Re: How Video Games Changed The World

Nary a mention of any racing game. At all. It's like they don't exist or never did. Did they mention any sports games? I really can't recall seeing one. PONG right there at 25 pop pickers A very loose definition of a "sports" game :D Surely yoiu could technically argue it's a fighter - trading punc...

HOLY MOLEY!!! My god thats bad. The F&F is one of my fave series and I was loving reading updates on the next instalment (via Screen Rant). Guess that means the next episode (F&F7) is going to be in some turmoil as they were in the middle of filming it. Seriously, I'm really gutted. Always enjoyed h...

Re: The most VILE Viral - and proof people are SICK

Hmmm. Sick video goes viral, OP is repulsed by it, so starts a thread to increase its spread. Yes, I am repulsed by it - but there is no reason why I can't ask what members on here think. "Starts a thread to increase it's spread" - you what? This forum has like what, thirty users?? That's a great p...
