Hi Guys,

Has there the NGPC been covered in detail in the mag yet?
It's a great little machine and deserves some attention.

As stated by others in the Issue 36 feedback thread I fear that the ads are getting worse and more graphic. Could these ads not be put in some sort of enclosed pamphlet with a warning on the front? (I know some book clubs use something like this).

Instead of the "Bargain Hunt" feature, which I think as outstayed it's welcome, I would like to see a feature of the top 50/100 games for all the main retro formats, alternating from month to month. Also the same idea but with the most rare games from the main retro formats, also alternating month t...

Far better to play an 8bit version.

There's also a not bad Gameboy Colour version out there.
The GBC version is very playable, if a little easier than other 8bit version.

EFA Linker II is a kit. 2 usb cables (one short, one long) and one 1GB card.
Card connects to your PC via one of the USB cables. Pretty straight forward but looks to me like it's not compatible with all of homebrew.

I need help with GBA homebrew & emus

I didn't start getting Retrogamer until issues 27, so had to get earlier ones from ebay. I got Issue 21 a couple of weeks back and I was interested in the GBA homebrew feature. I already had a GBA Micro and I got myself a EFA Linker II with 1GB card. I put homebrew versions of Arkanoid and Bust-A-Mo...

Although I love Mercenary, I think Encounter is Woakes's best game.
It's still a stunning shooter, although derided by some as just a Battlezone clone.

C64 games on GBC/GBA?

Were there many C64 games converted to the Game Boy systems?
I have Dropzone on the GBC, which is a an excellent conversion, and
Boulderdash on the GBA, which as well as a new game has the classic original.

Any more?

Sub-Terrania - Megadrive/Genesis

I've been playing this Thrust type game quite a bit lately. I remember it getting a 9/10 in Edge in one of the early issues, but I think it wasn't widely played by gamers at the time. What a fantastic shooter it is. Classy graphics, excellent soundtrack and brilliant gameplay. Anyone else have memor...

Issue 24 - Game Boy Color Feature

Hi Guys. I'm a newbie as you can see.

I missed Issue 24 but will get it as a back issue.
I was very interested in the Game Boy Color feature.
Can someone please provide a summary of the feature including
Retro Gamer's recommended games for the system?

Cheers.
