Currently replaying System Shock 2 in honor of it celebrating it's 20 year anniversary. Fantastic game.

Ah you're right! Didn't they come out at similar times? (Which may be why I have confused the two)
Yeah I think so.

Re: Should I buy PS3 or PS4?

PS4.

Nearly every good game on the PS3, you can get for the PC. Besides Demon Souls and a few others.

Re: Favorite GBA game

All the Castlevania games on the GBA are fantastic. Same with the Metroid's.

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

Anyone here experience the joy con drift issue, which Nintendo is currently in QUITE a bit of trouble over?

There is a good chance I'll be getting a switch in a few months, so be interesting to see just how widespread the issue is.

Re: What are you currently playing?

Played through Far Cry 5 recently. It is now my favorite in the series. Outstanding game. On finishing it, Retro Gamer Magazine issue 152 (yes I'm very behind in my issues) has an article on Desert Strike which got me itching to play that again, as I'd not played it properly since I was a kid. https...

Right now I am playing Doom 64 on Nintendo online emulator. Amazing game.
You know that a TC of that was released for the PC version of Doom, several years ago I assume?

Re: What are you currently playing?

Currently playing Bloodstained - Ritual of the Night. Whilst I'm not 100% sold on the art style, the gameplay is solid, and it matches up quite well with Castlevania - Symphony of the Night. Overall I'd highly recommend it to anyone who loves Metroidvania's.

Re: What are you currently playing?

Give me New Vegas or Fallout 3 over that any day of the week. It looks nice and all, but it is not an RPG at all compared to the previous games. Plus them removing the skill system, and the changes to the conversation system was just criminal.

Re: What are you currently playing?

After recently playing through Doom 2, I've since moved onto Heretic. I'd not played the game in a very long time. Great game.
