Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

They certainly appear to be doing a better job of attracting third party publishers this time around. Yes they make the same games all the time, but there appears to be more creativity in that mario video than any other similar current platformer I can think of. the more I see of odyssey the more I...

this is huge! I think they might have just won e3 by announcing that. also love it or hate it, rocket league on switch is a big deal for those that are into it.

Re: E3 2017

well that sony conference was personally disappointing, spiderman being the only exciting looking game there.. the others while i'm sure are fine as games just seem very last of us inspired, dreary and gloomy in nature. i'm sure some people love this sort of thing but I am afraid for the most part i...

Re: Modern race sims

might be worth checking out the latest version of dirt? although from the reviews I have read it seems to be more like a racer which tries to compromise between sim and arcade and not really hitting either too strongly... its getting great scores at the moment so I gather its doing something right? ...

Re: Comparison of GTA San Andreas

I would normally opt for pc, and this would have been my preferred choice back then. although I tried to play the gta games from this era recently and was having all sorts of problems getting them to run, and these were steam versions as well!.. in terms of favourite gta, there is a lot on offer in ...

Re: Amiibo

I got to the site 20 mins after they went live and ordered the whole set to complete my Smash Collection. Also one thing to look out for, Asda have reduced the price of the Donkey Kong amiibo from the Super Mario set to a quid. I kid you not. ah fair enough. I read this on reddit from the wor...

Re: If You Could Choose One System

TBF I do like the Amiga as Stated before. I think the ideal setup was megadrive/Snes + Amiga at the time. I think its all down to personal preference and the type of games you prefer is going to influence the choice you make. Believe it or not I do understand that people prefer different machines t...

Re: Favourite Handheld

I think it's the gba, there were just so many good games to choose from, it made making a list of best games impossible for me to decide. I was really hoping for something different from the 3ds. I figured it would be a platform that would get a lot more ports of mid to late 90s games, was a bit dis...

Re: need japan psn recomendations

pickup "harmful park" if its on there, the physical version of that goes for silly money. another shooter when tends to be expensive to get as a physical release "kyuiin" is fun. I found it was a bit easier than most shmups. I haven't checked psn jpn store but googling suggests it might be on there?...
