Re: IMPORTANT - COVID-19 update

Good news, a postcard arrived in the post today from future with my subscriber number in so I've been able to register. Issue 2 eh? That's the only one I don't have, I started buying with issue 3. (me issue 1 is the reprint version that was given away years ago) - I also have the Retro Survival CD ...

Re: IMPORTANT - COVID-19 update

Same problem for me, I have a short number, a big space, a 15 digit code and then my address. No subscriber number beginning with 4 and I have recycled the previous papers with my address on so no chance of seeing if they ever had the number on them. I've been a subscriber since issue 2 and when I s...

Re: Amazing eMag Load 1 News. IT'S BACK!!!!!!

How long does it take to process an order? I ordered one seven days ago and it's still showing as processing on my order history?! I was expecting it to be here by now.

Re: More Vic 20 in the mag?

Would love to see more retroinspections on 8-bit games in general. The Back to the 80's/90's always stirs up plenty of nostalgia remembering back to when these games were released so it would be nice to have a page or two in each issue that covers some of the games mentioned in those columns as mini...

Re: Iain Lee & Paul Davis

Yes, Iain and Paul's columns, along with the Darran's Loading... and Back to the 80's/90's are the first things I always read. Of course Iain is still wrong about the Vic 20 and who ever has illustrated Paul's column this month has done a superb job.

Re: Issue 81 - Official Feedback Thread

I really liked the Wizards & Warriors feature, but there's some wrong info it because the Game Boy game was released in Europe. It was featured in the Classic issue of Club Nintendo overhere, and I own an Italian copy of the game. Yes, was a release in the UK too, as one of the first few games avai...

Vic-20 Games site

Hi all I've been thinking about building a game site for the humble Commodore Vic-20 for some time now and have finally got one put together: http://www.vic20gamer.com/ I wanted to be able to show the games in action, so for each game I'm capturing a video showing the game being played. I've also ad...

Imogen of course. :) Although I only heard about it and didn't see a real version of it until years later on a Beeb emulator.

Re:

your all forgetting one: Barbarian 2. why take an original game like Barbarian, bugger about with it and have the guts to release it? if they wanted to make a sequel worthy of the name, they could have done a different storyline where the barbarian gets captured after the bird (the one with big nor...
