I just bought Castlevania Rebirth, Rondo of Blood and Super Hang On Arcade.
Super Hang On wont seem to download. As soon as it starts i get an error message. Really hoping i didnt just waste 900 points to get screwed over!

Re: Have Achievements & Trophies run their course?
I see them as fun challenges to try for. I usually play a game maybe two thirds in and then check the achievement/trophy list to check if there's anything in there. Might go for the full gamerscore if its a game i love or the achievements are reasonable. I'll still be annoyed at that last Final Fant...

Re: What are you currently playing?
Back on Dark Souls 3 now that the Ashes of Ariandel DLC is up. Haven't actually accessed the DLC yet and im not even sure how you do so, but i've started a new character as my old character was level 183 and probably a bit overpowered to tackle the DLC with. Looking forward to just stumbling across ...

Re: You Most Fave Game Of All Time.
I'm going to go with Morrowind . Its probably been 10-11 years since i first played it and no matter how i feel, i'm always up for starting over from scratch with a class i've never tried and playing a different way. It's a game world i never get bored with returning to. Sure i'm still far from expl...

Started Shadow Hearts 3 last week. I do love the judgement ring system and the risk factor it adds to trying for heavier attacks.
For a series that was started as a horror RPG though, its weird how bright and wacky this one is.

Re: What game have you COMPLETED this week
I finished Tomb Raider 3 on PS1 last week. Honestly hated it by the end, but refused to give up just because of how much time i'd invested into it. I must have died over a hundred times across the course of the entire game.

I thought with this being primarily a gaming forum you collectors might be interested in this:

Sounds pretty sweet! The same company has also done a Streets of Rage one and a Shinobi III vinyl is in the works.

Re: What game have you COMPLETED this week
Finally finished Lucifer's call after clocking up a total of 80 hours playtime! The final boss for the ending i chose wasn't half as bad as the one that preceded it. As punishing as it was i really enjoyed the gameplay. It's a bit like playing a pokemon game on hard mode. The story had a lot of grea...

Re: What are you currently playing?
Started Final Fantasy III on the DS yesterday, seems alright so far. It's a good remake of the new version takes the game and gives it a new dimension of character that the nes version was missing due to nameless characters some nice new events in there i had this version on psp as well looks nice ...

Re: What are you currently playing?
Large moment of panic averted. Approaching the final stretch on Lucifer's Call, 70 hours in the game was repeatedly crashing in the middle of this boss fight. I tried the game on a different PS2, still crashed. Borrowed my brothers copy, still crashed. Changed it to 50hz mode, still crashed. I was a...

Re: Superhero films
I'm probably in the minority that actually enjoyed both Daredevil and Elektra. Granted they could have been better but i had no issue with either. Green Lantern was terrible just because of it's pacing. Ryan Reynolds inherits his powers, quits almost instantly and then gives some cringe-worthy speec...

Re: Losing touch with modern gaming - anyone in this boat?
Started to feel this a few months back, though with gaming a whole rather than specifically modern gaming. As always my backlog of games far exceeds the rate at which i can finish them, especially when every RPG promises a 50+ hour experience. I'm currently in a positive phase and addicted to a good...

Re: Wii U Owners Thread - Including User IDs
More worrying news regarding the future of the WiiU http://www.joystiq.com/2013/07/29/wii-u-no-longer-being-stocked-by-uk-retailer-asda/ I wonder if any other stores are going to start following suit. Last time i went into Tesco and HMV their WiiU shelf space was pitifully small. There couldn't have...
