Re: Ouya Launch Day! Who's got/getting one today?

I was going to get one but I wanted to wait to see how the reviews where going to be like...and I can safely say I'm not going to get one as of yet. I really wanted to start uploading my games I make to the console but if it seems to be having problems then I might just need to wait until it's all s...

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

It was payday so I treated myself to a nice collection: Consoles: Vectrex (No games, but works pretty good and it was a cheap find.) The beauty of the Vectrex....built in mine storm. I loved my Vectrex until it died, always wanted to seal it up and make a fish tank out of it like the early Macs but...

Re: Your favourite 16-bit platformer

Being a mahoosive Sonic fan, it's either Sonic 2 or Sonic CD.

If I had to choose at gunpoint, it would prolly be Sonic CD, as it's just has this weird charm to it...

Re: Introduce yourself

Hello, (again.) I used pop on this forum a while back but thanks to (then) university stuffing lots and lots of coursework down my throat I had to give up my online activity and concentrate on finishing my animation degree. (Which I got, yay!) Anyway, like I prolly said before, I'm a huge fan of ret...

Re: Loaded and Reloaded PC and PS1

Well I have the Saturn version and it's nothing bad but nothing great. The truely amazing thing about the game is having some tracks from PWEI's album Dos Dedos Mis Amigos which I utterly love. Also the game itself plays great and the controls are pretty tight but like Liam says you'll need to switc...

Re: Retro gaming: Is the main drive nostalgia?

Twas born in 1991, and I got my mega drive in 1995, and ever since I've been into the older stuff. Twas usually the case 'cause the consoles and games at the time were cheaper. I'm more into retro gaming because theys be more attractive to the eye, plus there is more varity. Today we're treated to c...

An original Gameboy, with case.
A PS2 with Ratchet Deadlocked/Gladiator
A PS1 with Time Crisis, gun and an extra controller.
Quake for the N64.

Not bad haul at an car boot sale, all under £10, and all works.

Re: what is your rarest retro item/or most favourite retro i

I don't really own anything rare to be honest, I just own games I like. If I had to say the most rare/valuable thing I own, I guess it'll be my Super Famicom with the Rockman X-X3 + 7 games. Although my favourite items, have to be my Sonic collection for the Megadrive and I guess Conkers Bad Fur Day...

Re: most annoying announcer\narrator

Well considering I'm playing it at the moment, I must say I'm really annoyed with the announcer in Donkey Kong 64.

"WELCOME TO BONUS STAGE" for Nth time 'cause the Beaver Bash minigame is bugged to high heaven really get's on my nerves.
