Worse results than that, including the 1-2 defeat & early exit to Championship side Reading in the FA Cup. Who would have known that Xabi Alonso would be missed so much when he was sold to Real Madrid, but there are more reasons than that why Liverpool have stumbled this season.

Yes but with Liverpools bad debt & spiralling transfer costs, who can they bring in that is up to standard to the club & has the same quality comapred to the likes of Chelsea & Man Utd? They really need a buyer now before the finances get any worse.

Re: 2009/10 Football Season chat (contains MOTD spoilers)
I would also like to thank Rafa for Istanbul 2005 & the FA Cup in 2006. It was very difficult seeing him stay at Liverpool any further, since the club are badly in debt, bad relations with the board & only given £5million for next seasons transfer budget. Also any future player sales will go towards...

Re: Retro Gaming shops in Hampshire?
There's also a retro game shop in Hythe I was told. The same people also run a shop in Lymington - I got Die Hard Arcade from there a few weeks ago for £2.50 That would be The Control Zone which is both in Hythe & Lymington. I went to the one in Lymington about a year ago & was very impressed by th...

Re: Retrovision 2010 - 5th, 6th & 7th Feb 2010
Just bought a ticket off the website. Not many retro gaming events happen here down south so a rarity for me, also only about an hour and a half from where I am. So I look forward to meeting those attending from this forum and everyone else.

Thanks DavidGP. Yep, Brat is a very enjoyable game even if it is quite difficult but still fun. Your turn again.

Re: Screenshot challenge.
The clues helped a lot, although I took a guess at it being a Sega SG 1000 game after narrowing down my search & I got it right.
Ok, my turn...

Should be easy to know this one.

Borderline, which was then converted for the Sega SG 1000/SC 3000. That game later gave inspiration for Dig Dug.David GP wrote:

Re: Wii Motion Plus and VT/GST
A few online stores are already inlcuding Grand Slam Tennis with the Motion Plus for around £44, like this one...http://www.powerplaydirect.com/asp/item ... currsec=GA.

Re: Wii Motion Plus and VT/GST
Maybe you shoud get the debug kit and GST plays better. Reading a review of Virtua Tennis, it says it is a better game than GST, although this was before the debug kit realisation. It also mentioned some flaws but seemed to point out that the presentation was better and used the Motion Plus better (...

Re: Setanta Switched off
This has been rumoured for some months about Setanta not gaining enough money to pay off the Premiership rights. Unfortunately, for those who have & will lose their jobs, this has come true. However, Setanta Ireland is still going on for the moment, according to this customer announcement on their w...
