For Sale: Famicom games, console

Hi,

I have quite a few Famicom games (all official) and a complete loose AV Famicom console if anyone is interested. I have a sales thread with pics on Famicom World:

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

Just got these babies in the mail: http://i1095.photobucket.com/albums/i470/Seanofjapan/NamcoFamicomGames.jpg The fist four Famicom games released by Namco for the Famicom back in the early 80s, all CIB and all in nearly perfect condition. I love those boxes. Put some more pics up here on my blog: h...

Puck Man!! http://famicomblog.blogspot.jp/2012/06/puck-man-says-i-am-so-pucking-awesome.html I picked up the original Tomy handheld version of Pac Man that was released in Japan before they changed the name. Found it in a local store for a bargain price and jumped all over it. A nice little piece of...

Re: How to Get Free Retro Game Consoles and Games Forever

Good points all of them. I write this living in Japan where shipping costs are low if you buy domestically (and the country is awash in cheap retro gear to boot), I suppose if you live elsewhere and rely on foreign imports the cost can be quite a bit more, at least for consoles. Probably it isn`t re...

How to Get Free Retro Game Consoles and Games Forever

I`ve just put together in words a little theory that I`ve been working on which proves that it is economically possible to obtain a never-ending supply of retro consoles and games for free: http://famicomblog.blogspot.jp/2012/04/freakonomics-how-to-enjoy-endless.html Anybody out here actually done o...

Just picked up these two Famicom carts: http://i1095.photobucket.com/albums/i470/Seanofjapan/FamilyTrainerFuunTakeshiJo.jpg They are the Takeshi`s Castle games for the Family Trainer. Pure awesomeness. Maybe. I haven`t played them yet. They can be pretty hard to find around here though so I was glad...

Re: Sale: 100s of Japanese games - Famicom, SFC, N64, GB, PC

Bump. Just added a bunch of new Famicom, Super Famicom, Japanese Game Boy, N64 games and a few other odds and ends. Famicom highlights include Splatterhouse Wanpaku Graffiti, Crisis Force, Tetrastar, Holy DIver, Rockman 4, Ninja Ryukenden and a few others. Tried to keep the prices well below what yo...

Re: Sale: 100s of Japanese games - Famicom, SFC, N64, GB, PC

Sorry for the late reply, the Game Gear is gone and unfortunately I don`t have any Sonic stuff right now but I will keep an eye out for it. Also just to bump this up I got some new Famicoms and a few games in. 15$ for a working console (30$ to the UK/North America/ Europe including shipping), first ...

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

Not really a game or a console, but I thought this might be of some interest: http://i1095.photobucket.com/albums/i470/Seanofjapan/Famicom%20games/NUMMachine.jpg Its the Nintendo Ultra Machine, a toy released in 1967 and designed by Gunpei Yokoi. Picked it up at a local store the other day for an am...

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

Rinoa - I think yours was the 20,000th post in this thread. Not sure if there is a prize for that or anything. Anyway, I picked up the 1987 Famicom 3D System yesterday for only 2500 yen CIB. Put some pics up here: http://famicomblog.blogspot.com/2012/02/famicom-3d-system-bought-it-tried-it.html The ...

Re: Anyone here an Intellivision fan?

I never had one when I was a kid, but a few months ago I bought the Japanese version of the Intellivision (released by Bandai, but almost exactly the same as the Mattel version) and I have fallen in love with it. Great console all around. I only have 11 games for it, but there are quite a few good o...

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

Today I bought the original Nintendo light gun. The really really original one, from all the way back in 1970:

Complete in Box Kousenjuu SP gun. Unfortunately it doesn`t work but it looks pretty cool.

Re: Stupidest Personal Moments in Retro Gaming History

Queued up outside the game shoppe at 7am on launch day of GTA San Andreas. Booked the day off work. Skipped home to my PS2, only to find that after about 10 mins play the game would complain of the lack of a disc in the drive. I had been expecting this as it was a well used, 2nd hand console from m...
