Re: From the forum issue 106

I have to say "California Games" for the different type of games. But "The Last Ninja" was awesome. I can't choose.

Re: From the forum - Retro Gamer turns 100

Thanks for a really well done magazine. The only one that I read cover to cover. Great memories.

I finally got my regular copy on Saturday, but I also got the replacement one today. I sent an email to subscriptions to let them know.

Me neither. After I saw the video of the new magazine #96 I sent an email to imaginesubs@servicehelpline.co.uk, but I guess it seems it's something else then. I'll keep you posted.

Borders now sells RG! Hopefully it gets more us readers. They had the Rainbow Island cover. Also, Frys had the latest issue today (#80), basically the wait now is less than a month to get a new issue here!

Re: Improving the magazine

I'd like to see an article/s about Spanish developers or games. Maybe also from other countries as well, but the Spanish market was huge in the 80's with companies like Topo Soft, Dinamic, Zigurat, Opera, etc. Covers usually were drawn by Azpiri, Gimenez or Royo. Re: From the Forum question for issue 78

I have two: Meeting Karima Adebibe and playing the first level of Tomb Raider: Legend at a special event. The second was playing the first four levels of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light at a focus group. The game is really good, and playing it co-op is great also :D

Frys now carry the magazine!!! :D This is great news, as Frys is the biggest nerd/tech/men place to browse and buy electronics/dvds/games. They had several #74.

"La Diosa de Cozumel", made by Aventuras AD, a spanish company. Don't know if it was translated into english. It was one of my first text/graphic adventures as well. First part of a trilogy. http://wiki.caad.es/Cozumel

Re: US readers -- when do you see the mag in your stores?

In the Bay Area (California), we are 2 issues behind. Right now B&N has issue 73 which they get it around this time of the month. Usually 5-6 copies. And B&N is the only place to get it around here. Borders does not carry it. But enough of waiting for me, I've subscribed last month, so 76 will be my...
