Re: Issue 211
Not an issue at all. If they get money for the ads that can only but help the mag survive Normally just turn the page instantly. Wasn’t even bothered by the MILF hotlines years back when some people weren’t happy over them. And no I didn’t note the numbers down ! I've got those back issues, so hit ...

Retro Gamer - Issue 204
Nice Piece on the PC Engine. What would have been nice would have been a box out on Stephen Lowe and PC Engine Supplies (later Console Concepts, not to mention being the first official importer of the mega drive) from here on sunny Stoke-on-Trent. Probably for the most part that without him most fol...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 135
I can understand not liking the cover, especially as I am not a big pokemon fan myself. but there have been plenty of games I do not like on the cover in the past. In all honesty there is some serious childish overeations on here. threatening to cancel subs, acting like the cover actually in any wa...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 135
Oh no not more discussion over the cover ;). LOL On a positive note I never realised just how passionate I am about this magazine and how much I need to have every issue, the negative is that I am a very sad individual and I have come to realise that I have a OCD come hoarding dysfunctional persona...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 135
We didn't put anything in the magazine about the split run because we were still deciding on what the best approach for a possible Pokemon cover would be. When we did realise we let everyone know that there would be an exclusive subs cover as soon as possible on all our social media and this forum....

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 135
I can understand why collector's are a bit out of joint over the 4-issues, but I welcome RG doing things like this, instead of doing the same-old thing every month. Having Pokemon on the cover means there is a good chance they will entice new, younger readers to the mag, which is only good. what wo...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 135
I know I'm being completely childish about it, I've always wanted to collect something Count yourself lucky you didn't get into Pokémon then! Give it a month or so, then have a whip-round of readers who'll swap their old issues for signed copies of Turbo the Tortoise ... thanks mister, that g...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 135
So this only started arriving with subscribers yesterday, hasn't even hit the shelves yet & already it has more feedback than last month's issue which has been out for er, a month! Never underestimate the power of a cover. Can't understand all this 'cancel my sub, I'm jumping off a cliff, end of th...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 135
Can't understand all this 'cancel my sub, I'm jumping off a cliff, end of the world' stuff though! A little OTT maybe? Probably it is but as I say I now no longer have a complete collection which is really important to me (can't justify spending £15 we only have one income, I don't drink on a regul...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 135
I've got this mag from issue 1 with all the pullouts, cover dvd's etc (issue one signed by Martyn) there's even a binder, now I have a devalued collection and I'm feeling a little deflated just a few things I'd like to get off my chest:- where's was the consideration the offer of all 4 copies to sub...

Re: Land of Mire Mare - New Speccy game
thanks geezer but it's all down to Luca Bordoni, I've just been helping out a bit here and there Luca contacted me about the mockups and told me about his project so he's used the game frame, I altered the loading screen, sorted some compressed screens out for the menu's and ending, added some music...

Re: OnLive UK
I first saw it on the gadget show a few weeks ago I like the idea, wonder what the gaming hardeware manufacturers are thinking if it does take off and it works well they could lose a censored load of sales
