Re: Coronavirus

Yeah feeling a bit better today, thanks for the good wishes. Seems weird after all these months - I started the thread and it's finally caught up with me! The gutting thing is my kids are in a different country, we couldn't follow them over! Downloaded a couple of games for the Switch, might cheer m...

Re: Coronavirus

I'm positive. You do not want it, it's horrendous. I haven't even got the energy to play computer games :-/

Currently on Day 3 hopefully it improves from here....!

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

I bought the Bioshock Collection. Played the first one for a few hours, but it's a bit samey so not sure I'll ever play 2 and 3. Not a bit fan of 3rd person shooters but thought I'd give it a go and it's just proved what I already thought.

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

Are there any actual Nintendo games planned for release any time soon? I love my Switch but come on, BOTW, Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart are all a few years old now! Not to mention MK was a WiiU games anyway...

Re: Amiga Mini

Yeah I saw that, interesting.

SWOS definitely. Speedball 2. Lemmings. Batman the Movie (license issue maybe?)

Never had an Amiga but would consider this.

Re: The Google Stadia

Yeah - canceled my CP2077 order. I was buying for the sake of buying.

Now, back to the 100s of games I own and have never played...

Re: The Google Stadia

Id wait to see if Cyberpunk is any good first. Input lag is the major issue with it, plus the whole needed a really good internet connection is a thing I saw on YouTube that Google are working on a new more powerful controller, which makes me think getting the current one be a mistake. Dunno, still...

Re: The Google Stadia

Is anyone using this? I'm tempted.... At the moment if you order Cyberpunk 2077 you get a free Stadia controller and Chromecast Ultra. I don't have a current gen console (save the Switch), and I won't be buying the new ones. I'm fed up with wires and cables all over the place. I've got a new extensi...

The subscriber's cover is abysmal.
An interesting critique lacking any nous or explanation. Could you perhaps explain further for quality control purposes?
Nah, I said what I wanted to say. But some context - the non-subscriber version is really good.

I knew a greasy spoon cafe called Arnie's and over the door there was a sign that said YOU'LL BE BACK!

Re: Coronavirus

I hit post, but hadn't finished  Looks like some places (Belgium, Greece, Spain) cases are rising and lockdown measures are coming back in. We're certainly a long way from what I consider dark days in April and May when the daily death figure was floating around the 1000 mark for a few weeks. ...

If pre orders have gone well, either their expectations were low or there are a lot of villages paying generous salaries to their idiots
