Uridium - it was the first real time we saw really a good scrolling shooter...

Paranoid never really floated my boat - even playing it now, I just feel no excitement or connection with the game...

never had one at the time due to owning an Atari 800xl, which in some ways was far superior... just a shame that the UK support wasn't up to making it a contender... Picked up a Megadrive, complete and mint in box today for £8 - also a GameGear with very low sound (caps fix?) for £3...

So it's okay for someone who loves something to write an article about it, but not okay if you don't. It's bias not matter how you look at it, and its existed in Retro Gamer since its very beginnings. I never realised that there were a handful of people with such poor taste in football games :wink:...

I'm mainly just interested in buying and selling on ebay, so not bothered if the games are any good or not. I like the idea of paying like 99p for ICO on the PS2 and selling it for £20!l! Exactly the kind of 'trader' that pisses me right off... it is hard enough for us _genuine_ collectors to build...

The Spectrum version by _far_ is the most playable and _accurate_ version released, not counting the mkodern remakes... It's fast, tricky and tough... but enough talk of my peni.... nah, i'm not that cheap... ;)
