Re: Pre-Owned and Online Codes.
No, I mean if you have to ACTIVATE it in order to play the singleplayer mode. Or if your son wants a g...

Actually thinking about it it's probably P.O.W. (scrolling fighter) and Joe and Mac for me, I used to feed those two machines at Spanish City all of my money.

Loved Offroad Racing as well, but was completely crap at it.

Re: How well do you look after your consoles\games
I like to look after my stuff, I tend to stick to cart based games so they are generally in better nick when I buy them. I've never bothered with this-gen gaming (Wii doesn't really count) until I bought my 8 year old stepson an XBox 360 last week. I've bought him some second hand games for it and t...

Re: Stinkers you bought back in the day
During my SNES days I got suckered into buying a lot of crap from the - then new - publisher THQ. They did a lot of cartoon style games (Taz Mania, Daffy Duck etc) and so I bought them thinking they'd be good. Little did I know they were the friggin' LJN of the SNES era. Luckily for them the...

Loved it. Never finished though, I think I used to get screwed on the helicopter mission. Perfect example of gameplay distilled really, nintendo were good at that. Although I might be seeing things through a rose tinted rum glass.

Someone asked me in the pub if I was there for the quiz, pretty early it was, but I had to take my drunken friends away
, I was wearing a "I love shooting Zombies" t-shirt from Threadless. Was it a forum member?
Really looking forward to the next one. I'll be booking as early as possible.
