Re: wrestling

I was a huge fan of TNA but have waned recently. The lower number of PPVs was meant to be a good thing but it's actually rather boring. WWE I watch for certain people - Daniel Bryan, AJ Lee, CM Punk, The Shield, Dolph Ziggler, mostly - but have tried to branch out (I appreciate ADR more) and have be...

Re: What Comics did you read as a kid?

The only collection that rivals my Retro Gamers is Sonic The Comic

I would love to hear from any StC fans, particular website owners.

I've not been "keeping up" since I bought a Mega Drive instead of an N64 :P

Most Zelda games.

Link's Awakening was great, a few of them are playable for a while, but none of them except LA grip me.

Aliens: Colonial Marines (XB360)
James Bond Jr (SNES)
Chrono Trigger (SNES)
Legend Of The River King (GB)

Pretty random mix tbh :)

Re: Multiple endings...do you bother with them?

I think multiple endings are being mis-used in the era of Achievements. The best example of multiple endings are games like Donkey Kong Country . Complete the game, you get one ending. Continue on to get 101%, you get a slightly different ending. But they key is you aren't artificially forced to rep...

Re: Most played system.

Most Played SNES, Dreamcast, Gameboy Least Played Saturn, DS I made amends earlier this year though. Set aside 3 weeks where I played a different Saturn game each day. Was really fun, would recommend it to anyone sitting there with a neglected console. Also been taking up a gaming club lately to ca...

I'm so glad I opted for PC Oblivon over XBox 360 - the modding community has made it a near-perfect game, especially removing things like the omni-prescient/psychic guards ;)

I hated Eagle vs Shark, but I think it was because I had meant to see it in the cinemas, had been self-hyping it for over a year, and was expecting something different than what it ended up being when I finally bought the DVD :( The is a Dreamcast in The Forbidden Kingdom (Jackie Chan/Jet Li film) I...

One of the best swaps I ever made was Legend Of The River King for a Jersey-islands originated 32-in-1 gameboy cart. It only had 8 games, repeated with 4 different names, which (from memory) were: - Super Mario Land (started at 4 different levels). - Dr Mario (same iteration 4 times). - Tetris (same...

Off the top of my head - the owl in the Wii Nights game (I had to sit through the beginning cutscenes a million times without being able to skip through them - a major design flaw :( ruining my hopes and expectations for the sequel I had built in my head for a decade immediately).

The Walking Dead was cool. Marvel Zombies definately deserves much recognition!! I love that it jumps right into the story, no need for the origin stories that are so in-your-face nowadays. Send More Paramedics are amazing, and a great live show too (especially if the audience gets dressed up :D ). ...

I've never played a Tomb Raider all the way through, and barely played any for more than an hour total with two notable exceptions: - The free-roaming house mode of Tomb Raider III is always replayable, especially locking the butler in the freezer (and trying the many "Nude Lara Croft" cheats out, e...
