Re: Swine Flu

From what I have read form my work, which deals in cooked chicken but hey we use bacon and people still ask all kinds of question so we get emails about random stuff, my country is fairly safe. Also the symptoms are very similar to the Flu, so a lot of people might panic over nothing. You need to be...

Re: Games you wouldnt part with

I happly get rid off alot of my newer games when I get bored of them, or no longer play them. My new PS1 and SNES collection is not going anywhere. Nor is my copy of the Warriors, ever, and I mean ever, I love that game.

Re: What do you collect ????

The only thing I am collecting at the moment is SNES and PS1 games, I don't have enough cash to get everything I want. Otherwise I would collect a whole heap of things, cars, guns, houses, people, tanks, planes. Whatever caught my fancy, you know.

Re: Does your blood boil when non-gamers discuss video games?

I don't hate people talking about games, I don't join in with them when they don't know diddly, but hey that’s their business. On the other hand when people say stuff like "Oh your talking about games again" or "Games are for children" I start to get angry. I asked one person if he would let his lit...

Re: I feel like I've been really stupid!

Don't feel top bad, you did what you, at the time, thought was the right thing to do. The regret you feel now is like buyers regret, you look back and wonder what else you could have done, and feel bad when you think of all the things you could have gotten. But who knows, if you did just take the mo...

Re: What burns your flame about games?

Tomb Raider as a movie is classed as an Action/Adventure, there are actually rules to how videos and games are classified in video stores. Most people who refer to adventure games mean point and click, or text based games that involve solving puzzles. I can see how you can fit Tomb Raider into that,...

Re: What burns your flame about games?

Well no I consider it a 3rd person shooter/platformer. I worked at a video store for a long time and that is what it was classified as.

Freaky things you have seen?

Okay I am kinda freaked out right at the moment, my TV just changed channel all by itself, and as I can see the remote lying in front of me and I did not touch it.......................I thought it might be my Foxtels two things recorded at once but there is nothing recording, very freaked out. Anyt...

Re: Hardest game you've played recently

Morrowind still had a lot of levelled enemies, while not all of them were like in Oblivion, most of the stuff that was set was for quests or to stop you going somewhere to early. They got so many complaints that it was so hard at the beginning before you got a lot of money and could set your self up...

Re: first game ever finished? (without cheating)

That game killed me too, my GF got almost to the end, I barley got into the town, I ended up cheating mega time, the only reason was I just had no patience for sitting there working it all out on some paper then answering it she did.

Re: What burns your flame about games?

The other thing that get my flame going is the death of adventure games, while they aren’t gone completely they have dropped off a lot and that is sad. I don't blame casual gamers for that I blame the jocks who got lured in by Halo for a lot of things but adventure games were dying before that. I do...
