The Tails Blog Post - Disgusting!

I've already commented on the blog itself but I'm not sure if that gets monitored so I'm going to post this in the Feedback forum as well. The "To Hate Tails" article is disgusting. I honestly can't believe that a publication such as Retro Gamer - one that has won awards and constantly provides such...

Re: Retro Gamer Issue 110 Official Feedback

I posted this to Darren on Twitter, but thought I'd say it again here. While I've enjoyed the last few issues I'd like to see a return of 16-bit coverage. That's the era I grew up with and I'm not as invested in the 8-bit stuff. Sorry to be another reader demanding things, but it seems there has be ...

Re: 3 favourite Platformers in the Mega-Drive?

3. Aladdin - While it hurts to admit it's not as god as the SNES version, this is one hell of a platformer in its own right. 2. Rocket Knight Adventures - Sure, it's easy but MAN is it fun. With a great sense of humour to boot, I just adore this game! 1. Sonic 3&Knuckles - the best Sonic game ever, ...

Re: Dishonored

Hey guys, first post here for a long while. Hello again. :D I bought it on release day here in Australia. I enjoyed the game but I don't think it's the amazing title reviews have been claiming it to be. I still find Deus Ex (original) to be the best stealth FPS I've played (no, I've not played Theif...

7th Sense Studios - Anyone Know Anything?

Hey folks, I'm trying to find information on a game dev studio that went by the name of 7th Sense. From what I've been able to find they went bankrupt around 2003, but I've no information on who may have worked for them. The reason I'm looking for them is that at the time of their bankruptcy they we...

Re: Question to Aussie Subers Re: Damaged Issues

That's the thing though, the mouth for our letterbox is perfectly wide enough for the magazine to be put in flat. Anyway, I filed a formal complain so hopefully future issues will be OK.

Re: Question to Aussie Subers Re: Damaged Issues

I'm just about to e-mail head office. I'll be going into my local branch WITH the magazine next week (it's Saturday here now) to complain. :x

Question to Aussie Subers Re: Damaged Issues

The first issue of my subscription to Retro Gamer was delivered this week in typical Australia Post standard. The mag had been folded and crammed into the letterbox resulting in a big crease up the front and back covers. This cramming also resulted in the plastic covering being ripped so that the du...

Re: Old VS New - Deus Ex

The first DX was one of those life-changing moments for me. I bought it on release day after saving my pocket money for months. I adore the game and have played it through may times. for me it's the pinnacle of gaming!

Re: Subscriptions Queries

Hey folks, I'm in Australia and just bought a subscription and am looking forward to getting my first issue. My first issue will be issue #94 which came out on the 15th. That was a Friday so I don't expect it to get here until the week of Monday 19th or the week after. However, I was wondering if so...

Earthworm Jim - Thoughts?

I just bought Earthworm Jim 1+2 from GoG as I haven't been able to track down a copy of EWJ2 for my MD. Over the last few days I've been replaying them (finished 1, not yet done with 2) and I have to say I have VERY mixed feelings about both games. I remember thinking that EWJ was a brilliant game b...
